http://www.mysears.com/aboutme/Seers Mon, 19 Oct 2009 14:39:03 GMT Reviews by Seers http://www.mysears.com/Craftsman-25-ft-Coil-Hose-review-93d41 <p>I purchased the <strong>Craftsman 009-16180 3/8-in OD 1/4-in ID x 25-ft Soft-Touch Air Coil Hose</strong> (black polyurethane; rated 180-psi max, 540-psi burst; -40F to +180F operating temps) for use with my <strong>Craftsman 009-15312 1-hp 2-gal 125-psi Air Compressor</strong> (also a great product, but no longer available).  </p> <p>The compressor and hose are used primarily in my home garage to inflate automobile tires.  Unlike the cheap yellow recoil hose that came with my air compressor, this replacement hose recoils to its original compact diameter and length after each use, even after being extended to its full 25-ft working length.  Quality of tubing and fittings (1 male fixed, 1 male swivel) is the best that I've seen in a recoil hose. </p> <p>I would give an unabashed 5-star recommendation if not for the fact that this hose ($29.99 + tax) is a bit overpriced, in my opinion.  That said ... if quality and functionality are most important to you, then this <strong>Craftsman 009-16180</strong> is the one.</p>...
