      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Nintendo Wii Console is a&#160;great gaming system.&#160; You can actually do workouts with it to get into shape. It has also been used in Nursing Homes to keep the elderly alert and active and keep their brains functioning well.&#160;The price is good for what you get.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are several other types of controlers for different games too like, tennis racket, bowling ball, fishing rod, steering wheel as well as some others.The controlers are easy to use and have wrist straps to keep you from throwing the controler out of your hand when you are into the game. Wii comes with 1 game, usually&#160;WiiSport,1controler,&#160;1numchuck, power&#160;cords&#160;and lots of&#160;instructions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Wii Fit&#160; has Avitars you can create to look just like you and you can also create a pet as well that helps you.&#160;You can name your avitars whatever you want to. You can&#160; use the workouts in the&#160;Wii&#160;Fit&#160;to loose weight. It has a calendar that helps you stay on track of your workouts.&#160; And there is a Wii Fit Plus game and a&#160;Wii&#160;Fit...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
