Before it burns any more! You have to flip the top switch to bake & the toaster wil pop up ,but if you're not quick it will catch under the top closer,if you don't flip to toaster again.It really needs an I think you're done pop up NOW button! As big a deal as I make this sound it is still the best toaster that I've owned, just improve on it a little Hamilton Beach!...
