bsawyer says "Fantastic" about Sears Brand Tools

I bought my first set of Craftsman Tools when I was 13 years old, I am now 61 and still have those tools along with many more, 3 full tool chest to be exact.

There is only one problem I have, and that is at the Richardson Square Mall Store in Richardson, Texas where I do most of my shoppins, they rarely have a full complement of tools on hand, and the tools are Mixed Up and Hard to Find, most of the time I must Purchase tools by Special Order, which takes time...it didn't use to be that way, I can remember a past time when every SEARS had the tool YOU NEEDED ON HAND and Easy to FIND in It's Place on the Shelf, with Sales people who Knew What they wee selling, and could be understood when you spoke to them, there are too many people working for SEARS today in Positions that they are not familar with, and cannot communicate in English.
...

bsawyer says "Line Wrench Not Carried in Stores" about Craftsman Hand Tools

Craftsman is a QUALITY TOOL with a Reputation ....Sears has had in the Past had the Reputation of always having the TOOL You Need In the Store, BUT NO LONGER..!!

And on TOP of that...The Tool Department's are Un Organized, Tools in The Wrong Places, Mixed with Different Tool Sizes and OUT OF PLACE, Service Rep's don't Know where to find Items, even when your computer say's you have them in Stock...!

Tool Catalogs offer the tools I want, but I must pay 'Special Order Prices when Ordering' and Must wait several Day's for the Tool, in the Past, I use to Just go to SEARS STORE and get the TOOL I wanted Right from the Shelf, Easy to Find,Kept In Proper Places and Not Mixed With Different Sizes, the Customer Rep's Knew Where to Find The Tools I was Looking For and could awnser questions about Tools I could Use or Needed.

Today Sears Doesn't have that Service any Longer...You Need to Get Back To Quality and SERVICE and COMPLETE TOOL DEPARTMENTS !
...

bsawyer says "Line Wrenches Not Available in Stores...WHY?" about Combination Metric Wrench Set, 11 Pc

Sales Specials mailed out plus the Tool Catalog carry the Craftsman Line Wrench , but the Stores Don't..! Many of the Item's in the Sales Special's Mailed out the Stores Do Not Carry Nor Have Ever Carried..!!!

They Simply Tell You ...The Item Must Be Ordered From The Catalog and Shipped To The Store For Pick-Up or To My Home , That Cost Me More Money since it Now Becomes a "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM" Plus Shipping..!!!

If it is in the Catalog...it should be in the stores...Period..!

CRAFTSMAN has a Reputation as One Of the FINEST TOOLS and SEARS has a REPUTATION of Being there to Supply the TOOL you Need When You Need It..!

But it seems Now ..the TOOLS aren't there...and Most TOOL DEPARTMENT'S are so Badly Stocked and Managed (Richardson/Mesquite) it appears that a Middle school Student who Doesn't Know the difference between Metric and SAE is in Charge.

GET SEARS and CRAFTSMAN BACK TO THEIR PROPER PLACES...I MISS THEM..!!!
...
