I am not a professional just a grandmother that appreciates the ease of this computer. Before I bought the mac people told me I would have trouble learning how to use it after having a windows computer. Was a piece of cake. Want to thank Sears for there great service./three days during the Christmas rush.

I am very disappointed in this machine...HP has already replaced the hard drive and I am still having problems with the blue screen....It comes up and shut the machine down at random without notice......

where to start, keyboard is total junk the letter T stuck in. now for the system, after entering windows7 code the display went out got memory error beep. rebooted and it finished windows7 set up, installed norton 2011 after reboot got more errors on start up. enough is enough this pc is crap and is being returned.

guess some of this is on me for not doing more research on Cyberpower. there are many negative reviews on there computers I'd advise to avoid this junk.

I purchased this particular model because of the i7 processor combined with 8mb ram and the video card is upgradeable. This combo is the 'most bang for the buck' and should beable to handle about anything that will come along in the near future. It looks good too. The card reader is right there, the side buttons to open the cd drawers are a nice feature... I won't have to hunt for those recessed buttons anymore. I went with a wireless adapter... the network setup was simple. I was able to send my itunes music library using wifi from old computer. Windows 7 is easy to work with. I didn't use the included Norton and went directly to Avast and downloaded Avast Pro. The computer was fine with that. The harddrive isn't full of programs you don't want in the first place. The unit comes with disks for the motherboard, windows recovery cd. The wireless keyboard/mouse combo works good too. All computers should start out this way.

I received this computer by the delivery date. It was very easy to set up. Everything was included. I have looked into getting a new computer for some time now. I was not so sure on the new operating system, Windows 7. However, it is not much different from the other Windows. I love the fact that I do not need a lot of room for the computer. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new computer. I plan on buying another one in the near future. The DVD drive in on the side, but is not inconvenient. I have been able to access it with ease. The USB ports are on the left side and back. There are plenty of those to plug in other things. Sometimes it is difficult to plug something in, but once you are used to it you no longer have to look at the ports to plug something in. I am very glad I went with this computer. It was well worth the money....

In less than the 2 months owning this PC, have had many glitches, some very bad. Will NEVER be buying this brand again! It's way worse than Dell. My old Dell was 3 yrs old & had less problems in that time than this "new" one I've had, less than 2 months! Only bought this one for the ram & processor. (Should have waited til end of this year for Intel's new one that supposed to come out...??....)

None of my SD cards fit into the SD card slot either-it broke the top of 2 of them!

Some software wouldn't install until changing the location-kept trying to keep me in UK setup.

They fail to mention the 2TB hard drive is only about 5400rpm, when I wanted 7200rpm (didn't know until bought/too late).

Screen has gone blank several times/occassions for no reason.

It couldn't find proper log-on setup for users several times, had to restart PC.

More issues, but I will get more upset if I keep trying to remember...

This was the worst PC decision I ever made! :(

Relatively simple, easy to understand.The order confirmation e-mail I received has some useful information below the fold. i have owned this computer now for a month and i am very happy with it. the speed is pretty good for a dual processor and 4G memory. screen resolution is excellent for video and pictures. set up was as easy as it gets. out of the box and running in 10 minutes. competes well with the imac in all areas except 3d graphics but i don't us my computer for gaming so i love it and cost about a lot less than a mac. the all-in-one design is great and it has a wireless keyboard and mouse. if you don't do any serious gaming then this is a very nice computer.

I've had this PC for 2 months now and am happy with my purchase. I was going to spend $100 more to get more ram but decided to give this one a try and save the money. I don't regret my decision. My one complaint is that it's very slow to load SD memory cards and photos in general, so if you plan to do a lot of work with photos it is not a good choice.

spent some time searching for a great computer. I purchased the Hp desktop and what a amazing machine fast quick to load, Paid a great price for the unit. The programming is easy for the daughter to use, well worth the price and energy to research teh right unit.

This is my first Hp computer and i am very happy that i gave it a try. been so use to Gateway. but change is good sometime. I was very happy with all the features that came with this computer Especially the Netflix, blue ray, and the scribing features and so much more. And the price was just right.
