I recently upgraded from a Motorola V170 cellphone to the Motorola W370 cellphone. I know that both are pretty basic phones, but I'll admit I'm not a constant cellphone user....I use it as part of the Tracfone service, I pay for service for the year...but this isn't a review of Tracfone, but it does relate to my use of the phone, which I mostly keep for occasional use when I'm not near a land line (which I still maintain). I don't have 3G service, so the Motorola W370 suits my needs very well.

The Motorola W370 phone is similar in some ways to the V170 but has some features that the
V170 lacks..some of which are useful...for instance it does have a rudimentary web browser...the tracfone implementation does limit which sites one can visit, but the V170 didn't have this feature...The W370 also allows you to download ringtones and wallpaper (which I don't care about) but the V170 lacked these features (which I guess people like to use to personalize their phone so could be important...

Blackberry curve 8320 I got this little gadget a year ago now.I have been using this phone with my old nokia phone.I like this phone because it help me getting organize.I fairly a disorganize person.I blame my laziness for this.This phone is perfect.I can email and text with this that one of the major features i really like.If you can afford one of this I will say go for it.Blackberry are pretty reliable.Another point I will say if you do on-line banking and shop and trade on line you can still enjoy this phone . This device has a good battery life.You can rely on this device .The goods are Qwerty keyboard,good call quality and emailing. bad side is the camera is not powerful enough compare to my nokia and web browsing is weak.Anything else is ok as far as I am concern.A basic blackberry phone and good....

Okay don't get me wrong I love my enV Touch. It's apart of me. But this is getting completely ludicrous. My phone has been shutting itself off lately, like 15 times in the past month, and defaulting all my setting and the first time it did this, it erased all the ringtones i just bought and some I downloaded from the computer. I went to the Verizon store and they told me it was a Software problem and it could be fixed in 45 minutes so I let them do it. It helped my phone until it did it AGAIN in less than 3 weeks. I have had my enV Touch since July 2009 and it already has glitches? Come on you gotta be joking right?

Other than having Verizon fail me, my phone does everything for me. lol

It's sleek,It's smart and it's snazzy,The new LG shine was worth the wait.

The Lg Shine handset has a 2.2 inch display which fades turning the whole surface into a mirror when the phone is not in use,but that won't be very often when you start paying with the functions that Shine has to offer.2 megapixel camera,for pictures and video,mp3 player,Bluetooth,and it supports office files such as word documents,this is complimented with a scroll wheel for easy navigation.

The Shine is made from stainless steel which although a little heavier than a standard plastic phone makes it tougher.its slim 14 mm slider design is the finishing touch of class. Better than Chocolate I think so.

I've never really had any major problems with LG Cell Phones, Everyone of my phones have been made by LG.

The Voyager is an amazing phone. If you're into texting then this could be the phone for you. Now a lot of people will tell you to go with the Dare but I chose the Voyager over the Dare because if something happens to your touch screen on the Dare you're out of luck, you have no other way of using the phone. The Voyager has a full keyboard inside and you can access anything in the phone from there. It's also easier to text with the keyboard.

The touch screen is nice but can be a bit bothersome if it's in your pocket. I've noticed on occasion my phone has unlocked in my pocket and dialed someone in my contacts but that doesnt happen to often.

If you're planning on buying this for the mobile tv feature make sure your area gets reception for that.

I've noticed people listing that not having a flash on the camera is a con....I use the camera a lot, and honestly if you're...

OMG the Samsung Instinct from Sprint is awesome!

Samsung has put together alot of features in this lightweight device. I am so pleased that I left my Blackberry in lieu of my newest gadget!

Let's Start with the pros:

I'm able to get all of my emails right on my phone. You can set up as many accounts as you need to for the ambitious on the go person like me. I can view my emails and the attachments (even those in the Microsoft Office format) and respond with ease.
Social Applications like Facebook, Myspace, Photobucket and Youtube come preloaded in your phone.
Has a microsd slot for memory cards so you can load up on being a budding photographer, listen to your favorite music, or watch some videos. I like being able to utilize my phone as an ipod wherever I go. I listen to my phone in the car, during work at my night job, and can be that instant music for the impromptu summer get togethers.
Lets not forget the TOUCHSCREEN! Some of these phones feature keyboards that are to hard to navigate...

I have used the blackberry Pearl as a full keyboard phone and have enjoyed it thus far. It is bulkier than what we have become used to in the last several years with razor thin phones and flip style sets. I anyone who has used a blackberry before, will find this similar, and if not better. The trackball is a way better feel to use in scrolling and moving around the screen and the screen size is adequate. Be warned that this phone has nothing of the sort when it comes to internet browsing. Your friends will all have fancier phones with greater graphics and capabilities. But a blackberry is cheaper and if thats what you need... this is your phone.

The Motorola W755 is sleek and definitely pleasing to the eye. Available in a few colors it combines form with function. The clamshell design with its long profile allows a comfortable experience by easily reaching from the mouth to the ear as opposed to many models that seem to be far away from the mouth giving an impression of not speaking into the microphone. The W755 has pretty clear audio both in the ear and via the speakerphone. Its MP3 player syncs with your PC to manage all your music. All around a good phone.

i have the blackberry pearl (pink) and I LOVE IT! I couldn't live without it. The first one I had, had some issues. My trackball wouldn't click, then my "radio" broke on it and I got a new one. I love it!!!!! I have an app for everything I need. I put a memory card in there and I have over 600 pictures currently. It's amazing. I have verizon, so I have the 3G network, and I get service absolutly everywhere. I have never lost a signal. Only place I find my internet slow is in my break room at work. MY PHONE EVEN WORKS IN ********!!! Now thats saying something. Anyone giving this phone a bad rating simply does not understand it's beauty. I love the fact that there is two different ways to lock the keyboard too.... and that i can put a password on it. I text non stop on this thing 24/7. IT's my "do everything phone". My pictures are absolutly amazing as well.... my own camera isn't even this amazing at taking pictures.

The blackberry pearl is a great phone! I've had great reception and love the data plan that comes with the blackberry. It is a little more expensive than a standard cell phone plan because blackberry offers 24/7 internet and email. I really like having the data plan, but it does run about $30 per month. If you are looking for a standard cell phone, this in not your best bet. The blackberry is great is you want 24/7 access to internet and email. The keyboard is a little small and the functionality of the phone itself isn't very user-friendly. The sales person that sold me my blackberry was extremely helpful in showing me all the ins and out of the phone. A little tough to get used to this phone coming from a standard LG flip phone, but I really like it!

I bought this phone the day after it was released. I have it in the Orichid color. The new sidekick LX's look great, especially the new Orchid color and slimmer design, but they boast 3G capability, etc. Great for the avid txt'er and instant messanger. The interent access is slower than the origional Sidekick LX that I had before this one. Also, this phone supposedly offers "GPS" but the function never seems to load properly for me, so I've yet to use it. The phone also has Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter apps which are conveniently loaded into the main screen for easy access. I am a myspace user, but when I get on thru the app on my phone, it takes FOREVER to load, so I access it thru the internet browser on the phone. Also, whenever I receive a picture message from certain carriers, it tells me that I have to go online to view it. I never had this problem with my old phone. I recently bought a Samsung SGH-t229 Cell Phone with a built in camera. I absolutely love this cell phone and all of it's gadgets. The phone stays charged for at least 3 hours at a time. It takes only about a half an hour to re-charge. This phone has great reception, and doesn't drop calls like the last phone I had. The picture taking process is as easy as it could possibly be. You literally push a button to turn the camera on, and push another button to take the picture. It is as easy as that. The pictures come out looking great! Another reason I love this phone and camera is because you can add a voice message to the picture, and add a title or "name card" to the picture. You can send picture or text messages to other's who have cell phones as well. The text messaging is very easy to use. The phone come with quite a few features to keep you organized as well. My Nokia 6086 is the best cell phone I've ever had. Keeps a charge for up to four days, two if used alot. I love the simplicity of the use. I'm not electronic savy, so the easier the better.I have found it to be the best value for my dollar. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have purchased a total of five of them for me and my family. We are all satisfied with the product. The clarity of the pictures that I take with the phone are outstanding. I got this phone for free in Nov. 07 when I renewed my two-yr contract with Verizon. That was the first good part - not paying for it. And, it's an incredibly useful phone that still looks pretty good. All I do is make phone calls and text message - but now that I have this QWERTY keyboard, text messaging is so much easier.

Call quality has always been good, the phone is easy to slip into a purse or back pocket, and it still works despite all my clumsiness (dropping the phone frequently, etc.)

As such, I am very satisfied! Next step would be upgrading to a Blackberry, but this will suffice for now....

So I was a smart phone user - Cingular 8525 to be exact, and thought he iPhone was just a toy. I bought one for my son and called it a day. Well, after my 2nd windows reboot and having the thing just totally crap out on me after less than two years I headed to ATT. To replace my windows version smart phone I was going to have to pay over $499, but the 16 Gig 3G iPhone was only $299. That worked for me. Pros - love the interface and the fact that there are a good number of apps. No more windows media player. iTunes is as big of a monopoly as windows, but hey - I like the ease of use. Cons - if you actually use those apps be next to a computer or wall outlet as your battery is not going to last. It also gets HOT like a laptop. HATE the typing interface and really miss my slide out keyboard. Also won't work with a sylus so you have no choice but to use your hands and if you have tips on your nails you have to use the pads of your fingers which is quite a trick. Other......

The Net10 mobile is a nice priced phone but what makes it the best deal so far is the minutes/text price. I don't have the great model with the camera, web browsing, etc., I just have the basic model. Your price are 10 cents a min. for calls and 5 cents for texts. I beleive it is good for the average person that just needs in in case of an emergency, on the road, or lost. This isn't for someone that is looking for all the bells and whistles, it's just basic phone service, although I have never been in a spot where I couldn't use it, except in Walmart(but I've talked to other people about their cellphones going out in walmart, and it is the same no matter what brand you have). The Blackberry Pearl Smart phone is not a good choice if you are looking to text message alot or access the internet with this phone. I found both to be challenging utilizing the phone and it takes quite a bit of time compared to other phones. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. It does have some nice features, but they do not measure up enough to make it worth the price.

The cell phone battery tends to lose charge fairly quickly, especially if you use any of the programs on the phone. I have also noticed problems with the some of the programs locking up and quiting and I have to shut the phone off and restart.

I bought the LG Dare back in July 2008 and I wish I could have switched it for the Blackberry Storm. I'm not that impressed with the Dare. The sales person recommended that I put a screen protector on the phone, which I did. I believe that the screen protector makes it more difficult to select your options. I also find it difficult to use some of the search features, because I can't find the keyboard. A lot of the features aren't user friendly and if I find it challenging being a techie, then I know that a lot of other users find it challenging as well. Sometimes when trying to type in my voicemail passcode, the screen will blank out depending on how your holding the phone, because it's trying to figure out if the screen should flip or not. Now I'm finding that after only having the phone for about 7 months, I'm already seeing signs that I will be replacing the battery soon and it's not because I use the phone a lot. I so much enjoy my LG phone. This phone has become my diary. This phone has a great calendar system that is very important in keeping appointments and getting there on time. The LG phone stores all my phone numbers that make it easy to make calls by punching one number. This is quick. The camera on this phone is good. I can take instant pictures and send the pictures to who ever I need to send. The volume control is great. I am a little hard of hearing. I can adjust the sound where I can hear it easily. The phone is very easy to get around in. I like the feature that it is adaptable to Blue Tooth. I use this all the time. The battery life lasts about two days for me. It does not take forever to recharge when needed. I recommend this phone for any one. I do not use the texting feature because I don't need it. Although I know it is there if I should need it. The next time you are shopping for a cell phone ask to see the LG. Check out all the models. You will be pleased....

The LG Dare....Oh what can I say...It's the best phone I have ever had..The ease of use is great. It has so many options with photos and videos. The charging cord is also a USB cord that you can plug into your computer and download all your photos, videos, and music onto it. You can purchase a memory card and use that for more storage and downloading...I totally recommend the LG Dare to anyone who loves new electronics! The touch screen is so great and very easy to use as well! It's fun to play with too. You can even draw with it..!Has a voice recorder, it's crystal clear! So, go get one, everyone I know wants mine! I have nothing bad to say about this phone at all!...
