I am disappointed with this microwave. I guess I get what I paid for. I don't have a vent to the outside of my home for exhaust fan. Instead, I have the exhaust recirculate within my kitchen. In order to combat the smell, I bought one of the charcoal filters that GE recommends. However, it is totally useless because it does not totally cover up the exhaust port. It only sides in completely to cover up one half of the exhaust port whie the other half receives no treatment. So every time we use the fan, the grease doesn't get trapped because the force of the fan is so great, that the greasy air will bypass the charcoal filter and go out the other half of the exhaust port (which has no filtration whatsoever) where there is least resistance. I end up with a greasy mess on my cabinets and ceiling above the microwave every time my wife uses the fan when she fries things on our stove. I know I have the right charcoal filter too as I have verified that numerous times. What a...

I am a full time RV'er which means space and function are of prime importance. I purchased this microwave to replace a 10 yr old unit.It is very stable and fit into the built in microwave holder without any problems. The controls are easy to use and it cooks very even. I have had it for 6 months and it definitely works well in a mobile situation.

Well I have owned 2 Kenmore microwave ovens,the first one lasted 10 years in perfect conditions,never had a problem with it,I changed it because I think it already time for a new one,the one I have now its great,I love it,it has some type of sensor that know when the food is done,I think that is so cool.I have Had it for a couple of months now,I would recommend Kenmore products to everyone....

We love our Kenmore Elite microwave. We use it several times a day. My husband is a "microwave expert/pro". My 6 1/2 year old daughter can operate it no problem. It is huge and very very powerful. I love the kitchen timer, the defrost, the melt, and the popcorn button.

I have found this microwave to be user friendly. I like everything about it. It does not take up a lot of counterspace. Easy to clean. It is also light weight and easy to move.

The best feature of this oven is its size. It takes very little space on the counter, yet because of its curved interior, its a full size oven and easier to clean without without square corners....

The first week of October I had a power surge that blew up my new microwave. I went to K mart to shop for the same product as I had purchased it there. After three weeks I decieded to go with the Kenmore 1.1 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave Oven even though it was a little larger than what I had. Counter space is a issue for me. I love it. It takes up the same amount of space as my .9 cu. ft. that I was replacing and works so much better. So good in fact that I went back on Black Friday and purchased one identical to it for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. Thanks Kenmore for an excellent product. It is roomy has plenty of specialty buttons as well as the regular numbers and shows the time as well.

I bought this microwave oven for a friend. she is very happy with the quality and price of this item. The buttons are easy to see and it has a sleek design that fits well on her countertop. She especially likes the quick buttons for popcorn and beverage and the add a minute button. the only draw back is when she opens the dorr the microwave slips across the counter, but that was easliy remedied by putting a non-stick material inder the machine....
