I had some time to waste so I thought I would just look, and ended up with an excellent shopping experience because of Sue, the cashier! Friendly, happy to see me, and helpful. I highly recommend that if you have time to stop and shop, please do.

When I entered this store, what caught my attention was the Kmart Cafe! Great food at a great price! I took a seat and grabbed a bite before I discovered that this Kmart has NEW shopping carts! So I took it for a stroll and went off shopping for Christmas presents! Plenty of associates on the salesfloor as well as cashiers! Scored some great deals and was greeted by the cashier! Checking out was fast and next thing I realized I was leaving the parking lot. This is by far the most impressive Kmart I visited! It was full and I got a speedy check out! Way better than OLD Abilene ******! This Kmart is WAY better!!! Loved this visit and I will consider revisiting this store in the future! Way to go Kmart Store #7795!

The Sweetwater Kmart offers great customer service in a small friendly town atmosphere! I found most things on my list, quick check out and received quick customer service by a salesfloor associate regarding a bike in stock! Little Caesar's Pizza Station pizza was great! Great experience at this Big K! Worth the stop and located next to the Interstate! Worth the stop at grabbing a bite and shopping!

I was in the Tyler Sears store today. There were only two registers open. 6 people waiting in line and 1 clerk. Other had two clerks and 5 in line. That was after I had been to several registers and no one working or willing to wait on me. I even ask for help and did not get it. I was ready to drop everything in the floor and leave but had come in for 1 item I needed. We have been credit card customers since the 1970's and made many large and small purchases thru the years including appliances, tools, large power tools, riding lawn mowers, furniture not counting clothes, shoes, household items, paint, tires etc.

We recently went to Arlington and found a stove and fridge @ Sears there that we were planning on purchasing before the end of the year but wanted to buy it in Tyler and keep our money at home. We will not be buying them now. I will find them some where else.

You would think with the economy like it is they would be falling over themselves to provide good customer...

i searched the web over and over for a driver i needed for my compaq presario. being it wasnt a newer model i should have known but still never dreamed my answer would come from the actual hp online website. i was surprised to find not only was the driver i needed for my older model still was supported but also it was rather easy to navigate and find what i needed. the website is great! ...
