My insurance policy has frustrated many former eye vision companies. The representative from Sears understood my policy, called to confirm my coverages, and helped me get the best deal for all my vision needs. Several customers were in line. Instead of getting frazzled and following some strict protocol, she looked at the list, took care of the "2-3 min" questions first and then managed the two waiting for new glasses by letting us both look and ask questions while she handled insurance...she was a multi-tasking genius! THANK YOU for such friendly, helpful advice and service!...

I have had the pleasure of working with my new go-to gal Joey, at the burnsville center. I think that she sets the bar high when it comes to customer satifaction. She is knowledgeable, very personable, and most of all, honest. I can't tell you how important these things are when you HAVE to work with a sales person, usually my stomach turns at the thought of this short lived relationship, but, boy did she surprise me! I applaude her ability to multi-task as it was really busy that day but I never felt like she wasn't giving me her undivided attention. Thanks for the great experience and glassses!!!

My husband recently scratched his new glasses. He is only allowed 1 pair per year under his optical plan and had already gotten them (the ones he just scratched). We went out comparison shopping. Vision world had a great deal going on buying a pair and getting a discount on sunglasses too. We left there and went to Sears. First off, we were greeted by all 3 employees with a smile and hellos. Alex, the closest to us, said how can I help you and the rest is history. He spent so much time with my husband finding a frame that worked best with his face. Oh, did I mention that they had a similar sale with the glasses/sunglasses? Worked out that Sears and Vision World were comparable in price and the best prices out of 3 other stores. We chose Sears mainly because of the staff! My husband would have preferred the flexible, bendable frames at Vision World, however he didn't care for the staff there. Alex at Sears was helpful, insightful, honest and true. He spent so much...

I went to sears optical last week to pick up the glasses that order...Even thought they were the right glasses that i ordered I didnt like them..I was scared to tell the lady if i could change them..she saw the expresion in my face because she asked me if i was pleased i said no an she said we can change them if you want..I was so relived..so she helped me look for some other glasses that i loved...throught all my expirence she was smilling..she made me feel so comfortable..I walked out so pleased..Ill recomend everyone that i know to sears optical..

I moved to Wichita 3 years ago with an infant,and found Dr Springer in the list of pediatricians for Wichita clinic. There was very little waiting time for my child to be seen. The reception area is always clean,and you are greeted by friendly staff every time. I have never spent more than 30 minutes waiting to be seen. Usually within 10 minutes you will be taken to the back office to be seen. I have been able to have my child seen same day if he is ill. The nurses are wonderful,and very proficient at immunizations. The Dr's bedside manner is wonderful. He goes out of his way to put parents and children at ease. I truly believe that he genuinely cares about his patients,and consider my children fortunate to have such a wonderful peditrician. I would reccomend him to anyone in need of a Dr for their child.

We decided to give it a try because they were offering a great coupon and payment plan. What a pleasant experience. The glasses came quickly, the optical department employees were helpful. We got a great pair of new glasses at a great price.

I chose sears optical after researching many options at other outlets and stores. The professionalism of doctors and staff made the exam and choices easy. Plus the staff worked hard to get the best value and price.

I have been shopping at Sears stores since turning 16 and able to drive. Prior to that, I went with my parents when they shopped Sears. Now, at age 63, I'm watching my children shop Sears,And soon, my grand children. I'm sure that I am not the only one that has generations shopping Sears. We all know where to get the most for our money. A store that can be depended on.

When using the Optical department at Sears, one has to wait an inordinate amount of time before the employees show up on the scene. Often times, these employees are "somewhere else", and customers are told to wait until the employees come back to the Optical department (from where, I don't know). Since the Optical department is technically not a part of Sears (according to the store manager), there is nothing that "management" can do about making sure that these employees stay in their area. Also, the selection of frames is extremely limited, and why should one have to pay for a "protection plan"? - "Sears" should stand behind their products without extorting more money to guarantee their goods/services.

Was quite impressed with the service. Though the selection was not huge, it was acceptable and I was able to find good titanium frames, polycarb lenses and all the bells and whistles for under $250. Salesman was very helpful with both service and selection. Good job!

Needing new glasses at Christmastime when every dollar counts, I wasn't looking forward to having to make such a big purchase. I had done a little bit of pricing and wasn't impressed with what I was hearing so stopped in at Sears, more for convienience than anything. I was blown away by the help I received from the salespersons (Brandy & Laurie). Having to get 2 pairs of glasses, they took time with me and helped me with my prescriptions as well as my selections and helped me every step of the way to get the most for the buck. I've worn glasses since I was a child, so that's at least 45 years, and I can't remember EVER coming away from an optical visit like this one. These ladies are TOPS on my book and I'll be back and refer all my friends. No doubt.
