There is a huge communication problem while getting an item serviced.
All employees agree that this is a problem for customer service satisfaction.

When the repair specialist contact me he left a msg with a phone number...I was never able to reach him back and went thru 4 operators only to leave a msg at the local drop off.

My item was sent out and this was not helpful and on one could answer my question nor direct me back to the service rep. that called me.

My service tech/specialist DID call me back and told me yes it's a known problem that folks can't reach us back that's why I called. This needs to be fixed immediately. If we wouldn't have spoken the specialist woudn't have been able to completely diagnosis the problem with my item.

The local drop off never returned my call. The service number only sent me to 1 of 4 operators that never did connect me to the right location or person.

If I had not spoken to this repair specialist he would have sent my item back saying it was a-okay...

Ken Watson is to hardwood floors what Michael Jordan is to basketball.

This seems like an overstatement until you study (1) the floors that Ken Watson produces and (2) the methods that Ken Watson uses to produce those floors. Ken Watson does what is necessary to produce hardwood floors that are possibly the best in the world.

Some people with ceramic tile are complaining about how it makes their feet hurt. I'm glad we chose this. It really looks good, too....

We could not have had a easier time with our remodel! we bought a house that needed alot of work. We checked out several general remodel contractors and choose Butch LLoyd. Right choice! Honest, dependable and excellent work! His rates were very reasonable and he worked with us! Made suggestions and had plenty of good ideas!...

I went to Lowe's in MI to purchase paint for my house. I wanted a color matched, but the snotty girl behind the counter stated that I had to try and find a color myself by looking at the cards in the display. I left all of my painting supplies I was going to purchase sitting on the counter and walked out the door. Home Depot is the only store for me.

And this is not the first experience I have had with Lowe's for crappy salespeople.

good qualities: punctual,good,clean work at start

the bad: job starts to get shoddy( wires,screws not replaced,many short cuts) after 2nd ,3rd calls. no receipt . questionable honesty.
