I love having my Rewards Card. I have used the balance on numerous items. Recently, I stopped by KMart to buy pop and looked down to notice my point balance. I had the cashier explain the amount to me. The date had struck my eye. The balance was needed to be used by Jan. 31. The cashier did not explain it to me till I asked. I had nearly twenty-seven dollars on my card that had to be used in two days. I went back to electronics and purchased a game for my son's upcoming birthday. It was fabulous to save that kind of money. However, if I wouldn't have been paying attention I would have missed out.

I have experienced both K-Mart locations in Birmingham AL, and both have wonderful pharmacists and techs!!! They always go out of their way for me to get me my perscription and to help me to save through the K-Mart card and insurance!!! The pharmacy employees are very professional and down to earth. I LOVE K-MART PHARMACY!!!!!!

Kmart staff really know how to keep a customer. I love the fact if I have a medical concern I can get a consult from the pharmasist. Service is alot quicker and pricing is better than any other pharmacy in Wilmington. Thanks K-mart for putting the consumer first!

We discovered the Lemon Raid and have been so pleased with it! Previously, we sprayed for ants and wanted to move out, as well. The Lemon Raid works just as well, but we do not have to leave the house because of the order. We highly recommend it to friends who have had the same comments; they, too, have been pleased!

I really enjoy having the rewards card. It has been great getting discounted items. I also enjoy receiving my receipts via email. It makes it easier to organize my receipts and keeping them in a place where I can find them instead of in a box somewhere in the house....

I've currently been a K-Mart Pharmacy customer for a couple years now, I believe. After several disappointing, (and dangerous!), experiences with another pharmacy that not only mislabeled my medications...they did not even have the does and what I was suppose to take in their systems correctly. I'd even gone to this previous pharmacy with an updated list directly out of a 4-day hospital that listed what I was to take, how much, and to REMOVE all others (As there was one that had put me in the hospital in the first place). My doctor had even called about the latest medication mishap to tell them to NOT refill it. A couple days after doing this, I got a call my RX was filled my doctor had called in. Now, having just been in the hospital..a bit woozy..still a bit 'out of it'..I almost went and filled it with out a thought..but I honestly couldnt think of nay medication I was suppose to have I was waiting on. So I called my doctor's office. That's when I discovered this former pharmacy......

Ihave had no service with Sears. I ordered several shears and curtains for my home. I received all except a pair of sheers. I called Sears because the web site states it was shipped and I never received. They investigate, never contacted me. I called UPS, UPS said they never received order to call shipper. I called shipper once again SEARS, AND THEY HAVE SAID IN REPEATED EMAILSTHAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATING, THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THE PRODUCT I ORDERED; I want resolution now and have found no recourse.

In December, we purchased a very nice Bulova watch and pendant set from the Sears store in Dubuque. The salesperson at the jewelry counter removed some links from the watch to fit. After wearing the watch for about a month, the watch fell apart at the links. We returned it to the counter at Sears where another employee attmepted to help us, but quickly referred us to a manager. In hindsight, we really wished we had gotten the manager's name as she was one of the rudest, most condescending customer service people we have ever encountered. While understanding that mistakes can happen, we would have simply been out of luck had we not noticed the watch had fallen off and had been lost. Luckily this did not happen, but if it did? The service of the link removal was obviously poor - how else would the watch have fallen apart? While we have since had the watch repaired, the attitude of the blonde-haired manager will prevent us from ever returning to Sears again. In fact, not...

The overall service at sears in just not there. In general, each department has no one in them. The people at the check out stand are not helpful with anything but letting you pay for your items. Where are the staff who help you with the products and steer you in the right direction for your needs, NO WHERE! Sears would prosper if the service was like years past and matched the quality of their products.

Please train the staff to pay attention to the customers represent Sears as proud and knowledgable empoyees rather than put-out and ignorant hired drones.

Sears has always had a reputation for good quality and good service, bring it back!

This is the only thing that works on Well water toilet bowl stains. It is great!!! I even do my bathtub and shower with the works because those stains are worse than the toilet!! You should do this with the fan on and/or window open as well.The smell does get to you....

I was at the Norman, Oklahoma Sears store and I was terribly disappointed with the customer service. I was looking for a watch battery in the electronics section and when I could not find it I approached the four Sears employees that were just talking not paying attention to anyone else in the store. When I asked them for help, they one of the employees just gave me a complicated set of directions of how to get there instead of taking me there himself. I ended up looking in several different areas before being able to find them.
