It was relatively easy and convenient. Then, you can get it, if they have it in stock at your local store, free of shipping charges in 2 hours using MYGOFER. You pick it up in its own convenient location in the store and it is all paid for and bagged. You can hunt to see if they have in other stores near you if it is not in stock at your local store....same day service..wow!! It is awesome!! What a great idea! It makes all department stores look inferior in their service. Thanks. I did most of my Christmas and after Christmas shopping this way!!

I bought seven shirts during the holidays and could not be happier with the purchase. They are very well made and wash very well and the price? Unbelievable! Together they cost as much as one would at the mall.

An ad misprint, not my problem, well they tried to make it mine!! Got the opener for 129.99 it was regularly 251.99. Spoke with manager, Jay, in the morning. I let him now what a great deal, thats when a bell should of gone off and he did something about it. At the store the salesgirl was great, very sympathic, and helpful, her number 745 in store in Quakertown, PA. You should make her the manager!!!!!

The Kenhorst store is at a great location, the staff is friendly and helpful. I have purchased many tools, a garden tractor, gas weed trimmer, chainsaw and so much more over the years. I would recommend the Kenhorst, PA Sears Hardware location to a friend. --Ted H., Mohnton, PA

I have purchased umbrellas from other stores, but today I received a 30% discount on Totes Umbrellas from Sears and I loved it. I might rain tonight so I wanted to be prepared and Sears keeps me ahead of weather.

I was next in line at Cortland KMART (NY) as "Roberta" was talking with customers from out of town visiting. She was a GREAT Ambassador for the Cortland Area and was very welcoming to these folks who were in this area over the Holidays! She not only was very supportive in the store products, she exemplified outstanding customer service and offered a very friendly welcome to anyone. She should be a KMART AMBASSADOR!! She is the best!!

After spending two hours shopping the website wouldn't let me checkout. I called the call center and spoke to THREE different reps and they all told me that they were having difficaulty with the website and to call back tomorrow even after I told them about the expirations of the codes I was using for a discount. One manager fianlly helped but charged my card before telling me the price which was 10.00 more than what I ordered online!!! Horrible horrible horrible exfirst time experience!!!

On dec. 25th i ordered slippers that were in stock according to the web site, i paid for second day air. Today is the 30th i went to site ,it said delivered on the 29th. still no package. I called customer support ,they said they were not in stock,maybe next week i will get them? No firm answer? I went back to site and it still said the slippers are in stock? Update the site. K mart.com did refund my shipping charge, and today 1/1/12 the slippers are on the way, yeaa. I guess k mart.com redeemed themselves, but still needs to update the site for out of stock items.
