I recently finished my basement and this heater heats the entire basement while saving me money. I would recommend this product to anyone that has just completed a project like I did. The salesperson was very helpful by pointing out the most proficent products available.

Having heard of the Eden Pure heater (Made in America) and learning it was on sale at our local Sears store, I eagerly purchased and tried the EdenPure heater at home. My room was less then half the advertised size that it would heat in an hour. Sadly, 3 hours later I found the temperature had increased by only 3 or 4 degrees on a very cold night and I still needed extra clothing to keep warm. Perhaps because I had a stairwell and the heat all rose to the upstairs hall? I don't know. After the three days I returned it to the Sears store for a full refund. For what it does, and does not do, I felt the price is too high though I liked the "cool" top and sides.

the sylvania elctric stove heater (model SOQC935-MBK is exactly what we wanted for heating our family room/kitchen area. it is quiet, efficient and powerful, as well as ftting our antique victorian decor perfectly. it is great for us older folks as the controls are on top so we don't have to bend over to set the handy dials. safety is no concern for our pets as only the lower portion actually gets hot where they can't bump into it. we would recommend this item to anyone....

i love this product. the remote allows me to turn it on before i get out of bed in the morning. it is lightweight and portible so i can move it room to room, and it doesn't get to hot to touch, so very safe for kids! and doesn't get dusty like some other heater's fan blades do! just set the thermostat on the dyson hot and it will shut off when it reaches the temp. you can also use it as a fan by making the thermostat really low.

Bought by my mom for my daughter who is 6 and told her when she saw her fireplace "I want a fireplace to sit at and curl up and read books at with my mom and dad" and when they went on sale she bought this one. Just wish it looked like more logs were on the fire.

I have owned my heater for 4+ years and have no complaints. The wall mount is easy to install with just 2 screws. I set the thermastat at night and my bathroom is always perfectly warm when we wake up in the mornings for work and school. I recommend this product. It is also stores easily in the spring or summer. Just bought one for my in-laws because they have commented on our heater how convienent and space saving it is also that it has an adjustable thermastat....

I had to buy a space heater when my furnace went out last week. I saw this one and figured I buy it and then when I didn't need it anymore, I would take it to my cottage. This is really cute and it works great!! I was toasty warm all night on the couch in my great room with this on.

I like that it has a thermostat that shuts it off when temp is reached. One thing that I think people should know is that the flames have to be on for the heater to work. You can turn the flames on without the heater, just not vica-versa. I was worried it would be too small looking, but it is really cute and adds great ambiance to a room. I may place it in my bedroom and turn down the heat this winter.

i purchased this heater december 2nd,my billed in january was only $65 and that included 2weeks without it. the sales associate got on line before my purchase to show me the difference between this model and another being offered for $100 cheaper. the heater does not dry out my sinuses or skin and is heating my entire house. i am all on one floor and the only time my furnace kicks on is when the outside temperature drops under 20 degrees. i was so impressed by its performance i bought my daughter one for christmas.

I had heard great things about the Eden Pure, however this one does not deliver. According to the manual it should heat a 1000 sq ft area to about 72 degrees on the highest setting. I have attempted to use the heater in a 750 sq ft area on the highest setting, set on auto. It should automatically turn off when the optimum temp is reached. The temp never got above 61 degrees in the area and it never shut off. Also, the manual states that the filter should be cleaned every day. However, the filter is extremely difficult to remove and can probably be cleaned weekly instead of daily. Also, the battery included with the remote control does not fit securely in the remote. I eventually had to tape the battery in place so the remote could be used

We live in a very windy location on a bay. We bought this to know how fast the wind was blowing. The alarm feature was good so we'd be aware that we needed to go outside and secure loose items. The other features were a bonus and we liked them as well - never really got the hang of the rainfall feature, it wasn't important to us. Because we are on the bay, the sensor connection corroded after about a year due to salt spray. We would buy it again - but it has to have the indoor temperature and not just the outdoor information. That's the only con - for us.

I will definitely recommend this to someone who wants to stay warm without breaking the bank. We purchased this heater because we have inefficient baseboard heating in our ghetto apartment that is never working right. Until we can get out of this apartment, we use space heaters. This is a good heater for the price. I love it....
