The icemaker and water dispenser has been an extremely useful feature although it does somewhat lessen the freezer capacity. I never believed this feature to be necessary but now I would not be without it. The interior of both the freezer and refrigerator are very easily cleaned due to the removable shelving and racks. I have also found the refrigerator easy to move which helps me a lot since my husband is disabled. I can recommend this highly with the suggestion that you do not overstock the freezer.... Delivery went very well. A+ to Sears for their delivery people. The crisper drawers drag and do not open well. Our youngest has trouble with them. We had to buy sight unseen due to the fact that this model is not on the sales floor. The door storagein fridge area is okay. The bottom shelf in the door is made for cans of soda(which we don't drink) which makes it narrow for other jars and bottles of "stuff". We do like the gallon milk jug sized middle door shelf. The top shelf is partly hard to access due to the diary storage which hovers over 1/3 of the shelf, but we just have to move things out of the way and then put them back. Not a huge deal. I wouldn't personally buy this fridge again. I would invest a bit more money and go with one that is designed better but things are what they are and it is here for the long haul. We do like the freezer. The door storage is very roomy. We did not get an icemaker. There is a rattle......
