We are very pleased with the service and the product. We took about a month to serch and review different refrigerators. This one was the best for the price. Now we have had it for almost a year and it is one of the best investments we have made. So much room, very quite. I would recomend it to any one.

I have owned this fridge since November, 2009 and so far we have had zero issues with it. It is a simple design and works without much fuss. All compartments have reasonable space. The only minor flaw I would like to point out is that the bottom basket of the freezer must be pushed in all the way (i.e. make contact with the back of the freezer) in order for the freezer door to close properly. Otherwise, the freezer door will pop open unexpectedly and waste energy. Also, I wish the freezer was a little larger and the refrigerator a little smaller in return, but that is something you can't make everyone happy about. In addition, there is hardly any clearance under the coils underneath the freezer to vacuum or clean under the unit without moving it. In order to keep my freezer and refrigerator at the proper temperatures, I generally have to set the temperature control at 6 and 5 respectively.

My new French-Door SAMSUNG fridge has everything going for it: it is quiet, it is beautiful to look at, it has very beasily accessable shelves and compartments and PLENTY of room. I didn't nthink I would like the freezer door on the bottom, but I was wrong. I love it! Those LED interior lights are might nice, too. This is a good buy!

Over all great. Works like a champ. But, i have a few issue. One the ice maker is large. Don't get me wrong it works great, just take to much room its now 25.5 not 29 useable space. The water dipenser opening is short cant get average cups or bottles in the space. You have to open the fench doors to get to get bigger items in the freezer top shelf. Its great no problems with keeping items cool just get one with out the ice maker and get use to opening all the doors to put thing in your freezer which lets out all the cool air....

We have had the Kenmore Elite 24.8 cu. ft. refrigerator for over a year now and we love it. It is spacious and very quite. I love the fact you can adjust the shelves and the doors allow many jars and milk containers to be stored. I was really impress by the fact that when I accidentally did not close the door, the unit beeped after awhile until the door was properly closed. I have had no complaints and would buy this again.

Personally I don't care for the "germy" water/ice dispenser on the outside of my fridge, so this one is the perfect style. It's clean lines are sleek and stylish. There is no cubbie for the water and ice on the outside to accumulate germs or gunk. Ice and water are on the inside and easy to keep clean.

I love the French Door Refridgerators because you only have to open 1 of the 3 doors depending on what you want. Thus conserving energy (loss of cold) by opening all the doors to find what you need. I keep things that we go into the fridge for alot on the right side and other items on the left that we use much less often.

The freezer stays colder on the bottom because cold air sinks. Thus it uses less energy. I love this fridge.

Everyone compliments on this beautiful fridge. The fridge compartment is very roomy and several drawers to keep meat and veggies cold.

The freezer holds a lot of meat and veggies and has a basket drawer which is very convenient.

We love this new fridge. we can get at items even on the back with the pull out shelves and the freezer is much easier to manage than before. the Deli compartment is better than I thought it would be, no losing small items anymor. the water on the side works great and it has added more room by not having to store a bria water depensor inside. over all we love it.

I purchased this and it has been a great refrigerator it has plenty of room in the freezer drawer to hold alot of items, the ice maker has a quick fill options that allows you to make ice quickly that i don,t have to purchase bags anymore, it is easy to clean and the alarm is a nice feature to let you know the door was left open.

Weve had this for 3 years and have gone thru 2 motherboards, first one went after a year and recently we just had it replaced again, thank god we had the extended warranty with the food spoilage insurance, but still it took a week to get fixed and a huge inconvenience. I used to love sears products but not no more. Buyer beware!!

My Samsung refrigerator made the move from Georgia to N.C. with no problems. Once I experimented with a couple of different designs for the shelves up top it really holds a lot. Love the freezer with the extra drawer. Only improvement I'd make is to make the ice compartment larger to hold more ice, but then that would take away from space inside refrigerator. Rather have the space!
