When the buyer for refrigerators buys, he should look at life cycle costs, and not initial costts only. The replacement filters are expensive, and I have no other choice but to come to Sears. I am a captive! Every visit to Sears makes me mad, not a happy consumer.

Sears should advertise and promote life cycle costs, and not just sell initial costs.

The filter taste really good for the first several months then slowly looses it's "freshness". Overall the product is decent. Even though it is a tad bit pricey, it last for some time and seems to be a quality product.

I have had this refrigerator for 2 years, have never had any problems, still going strong today.Worth every penny spent on it. It has plenty of room, lots of storage.

Recommend as your first choice!! You will not be let down.
