I have only had this cooler for a few months. At first I thought it was great. Then it started thumping and the motor became louder. Then it started leaking. Couldn't find any info on the product online. No response from the company when emailed. When I was finally able to talk to a real person, I was told I would have to return it. What a pain! And a waste of my time, money and energy. Spend your money elsewhere....

So far so good. I worry that the lever to turn the filter on and off is going to last - seems like it could potentially snap off easily with a lot of use. Will update if I have any problems. :)

I love my new Primo top load water dispenser! It's easy to load, easy to use and i really like having hot or cold water right at my fingertips! i now have way more room in my refrigerator for other items and i no longer have lots of empty plastic water bottles around waiting for me to take to the recycling center! The price was great too!!...

I was very particular to the water I put in our cooler. We moved and visited the local KMart looking for 5 gallon jugs to use with our cooler. We learned that Primo was the only brand sold. We decided to give it a try and we were very surprised. THe taste was great. Now we will use Primo exclusively!

Water takes so quick to filter through that I wonder what is this helping to purify. My large, 6 stage filtration system from Asia took almost 1 hour for 18 cups to filter through to the final stage.

Very convenient to store and use for quick usage purposes, though.

i have been trying to cut down the amount of disposable water bottles, and this is the great choice. This reusable bottle not only environmental friendly, and also make me feel good when drinking the water. I hate the taste of hard water. With this, I can drink the good water anywhwere I go, not only at home.

I have purchased more than 15 other brand water coolers over the past 10 years because I keep them throughout my house, lake house and my business. I have tried various brands and this is by far the best for not much more money. It's well worth the small extra exspense. It works well, is sturdier than most and looks very nice. I have a gourmet kitchen and this fits right in with my high end appliances and looks great.

I bought the water cooler because the town I live in has poor city water. The Primo water is tasty and comes in easy to carry bottles. I enjoy the fact the I can have a cup of tea at night without having to wait for water to heat on the stove. The temperature is just right. The safety feature on the hot water is easy to slide up and push down to use. And allows me not to have to worry too much over having a small child burn themselves. The price was very affordable and the discount on recycling the bottles is great....

I have just upgraded from one of the smaller Britas and find this one much more convenient. You can not only fill the tank, but you can also store additional water in the reservior. We drink alot of water and will definately save time in constantly filling.

I bought this bottle because I liked the size. However, after filling it only a second time, the white cover cracked. For something so heavy, the cover is made so cheaply and weak. The least Kmart could do is sell the covers. This bottle is now useless.

I highly recommend doing the bleach treatment at least once to get rid of the awful rubber taste when you first get it. After that and a good rinse down the water cooler works and tastes great!

I followed the set-up instructions in the manual exactly, except I did 2 extra rinses through in the end. The bleaching makes the first bottle of water after the cleaning process taste a little off but worth it in the end! The very next bottle tastes perfect! Don't make the same mistake we made...we thought the shipment would include an empty water bottle. It did not so we needed to run out and get a 3 gallon container. Now I just refill it with gallon water and the whole family loves it!...
