      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Battery Replacement!!!&lt;/strong&gt; There is a replacement battery available for the DieHard Portable Power 1150 (Model # 200.71988) from www.searspartsdirect.com&#160; (Phone #: 1-800-252-1698).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As per the last page on the user manual you can order a Replacement Battery Kit: (Part # 2299001766). I ordered one today for $70 plus $13 shipping and tax. &#160;A lot less than replacing the entire unit. Unfortunately, all deep cycle rechargeable batteries have a limited life span and will need to be replaced eventually. I initially had difficulty getting the information to order the replacement battery, as I assume has been the problem with others, in that the 1150 description on the device is not the true model number. Rather the searspartsdirect website and personnel at the toll free number can locate the replacement battery only if you use the manufacturer model number (Model # 200.71988) located on the device in very small print or the part number (Part # 2299001766) for the battery kit. Hopefully this information...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>Took my truck to get an oil change and tire rotation.  Service depatment opens at 8 am and I showed up around 815.  There were two others waiting ahead of me and another person showed up just a couple of minutes after.  It was 830 before someone came out of the service bays to help and he didn't apologize for the wait or even acknowledge anyone.  All he said was &quot;Can I help whoever's next?&quot; and started with one of the two ahead of me.  A second gentleman came from the back and again no apology for the wait or even acknowledgement that we were there.  He continued with the person he had been helping earlier.  When he was finally done it was my turn.  I told him I needed an oil cange and rotation and handed him a coupon I had printed online at www.sears.com.  He, not to politely, asked for my keys and walked out without saying much.  He returned after a few minutes and told me I needed an alignment.  I declined stating I only needed the oil change and rotatoin.  He tapped at his keyboard...... </description>

      <description>I have used Sears to have my oil changed for quite awhile.  They are mostly effecient, however, the last 3 times that I had my oil changed there, air bag light came on.  The first time it took about 2 weeks, then the light went out.  The second time it stayed on longer, but did go out, the last time I had my oil changed, the light stayed on until I took it somewhere else for an oil change &amp;amp; they fixed the light.  Other than that they are pretty good and convenient I can go any day of the week.  I can choose to wait for my car or go over to the mall &amp;amp; they will call me when it is ready.... </description>

&lt;p&gt;Went to Frederick Sears Auto department and spent over $1,000 for new BF Goodrich tires.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thought initially the service was good, the vehicle was ready on time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I went to pick up my Xterra, the cashier rang everything up and forgot to give me the $50 rewards card for purchasing BF Goodrich tires. When I brought it to his attention, he sighed, rolled his eyes and made me feel like it was a big deal that I wanted the rewards card I was entitled to.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After leaving the store, I traveled less than 2 miles when my TPS light came on. I continued home, a short 5 miles from the store. The light was flashing and per the owners manual, indicates a malfunction.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The next morning, when the auto department opened, I called and spoke w/ a mechanic. I explained the issue I had after picking my vehicle up the night before and was told - I just needed to drive the vehicle over 30mph for at least 20 minutes and it should reset itself.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>I originally went to the Ontario, Oh location for an oil change and brake evaluation. As I figured I needed some brake work done so while talking to Paul,super guy btw,I decided to have have other things done that I had thought about but was going to wait till later.However by talking with Paul I had the tranny fluid exchange,coolant system serviced and changed,rotors brake pads,free alignment check and probably some other things also that does not come to mind right now(senior moment) LOL.All this was completed in less than 4 hours and for less than I was thinking it would cost for the bake job and oil alone. I think Paul is a great team member and very good at what he does.This is not the first time there,been doing business there for years,and will continue.I do shop around but they will meet or beat the ones I've looked at.Plus I think their road hazard is great,used it with no problems.Keep up the great work.... </description>

&lt;p&gt;From that point onwards, I am getting the noise(squezzing and knocking) while putting the breaks at signals or any parking place. That noise is very much trouble some and I am felling some thing wrong with my car.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After that I took my car to toyota show-room and explained about the noise problem. They did some investigation and give the quote for the replacement of the break -pads because that noise was from the existing break pads which was replaced at sears. Till that time, I didn't realise that noise is from the break pads.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope, sears team will rectify my problem soon.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I had returned my Chevy Cobalt to another&#160;servicer (not Sears) twice following an alignment they performed after an over-the-curb driving incident that caused a bent control arm and had knocked out my alignment.&#160; After replacing the control arm, despite an unsuccessful third attempt to resolve a high-speed drift to the left (they even tried tweaking the engine cradle), they threw up their arms and sent me&#160;to a body shop to check the&#160;subframe.&#160; The body shop they referred me to said that the servicer was in error, and sent me to Sears of all places.&#160; My initial thought was, &quot;Sears does tires and mufflers; what do they know?&quot;&#160; Well,&#160;as it turns out, they know a lot.&#160; First, they told me that tweaking the engine cradle was ineffective and trivial.&#160; They then shared that their alignment rack was to be upgraded over the next weeks, but was willing to use their old reliable, albeit more labor-intensive rack in the meantime.&#160; The result was that the drift was minimized, but not eliminated.&#160;...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

Unfortunately, after several times watching that the service and the prices were dispar, I decided to seek for alternative locations which i must said went painful as well. Sears could conquer this segment of the market due to several reasons: contained customers, great locations and a trust that only a few stores have during this hard times. Instead of harming the customer with poor prices and service, Sear could use simple services such as the Alignment to revive this business segment. Special prices for loyal customers, Shop Your Reward discounts and others are just an example of how Sears could recover lead on this business.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
