The massage works very well. I use it partly to remind me that the cushion is plugged in so that I can unplug it when I turn off the engine so I don't drain the battery by leaving the cyushion on. I think a 10-minute timer switch would be a great addition. By ten minutes, the car is warm, the heated cushion less needed and this would prevent the unit from draining the battery. I have aconvertible. I hope to use the cushion also when the top is down but it is still a bit cool outside. Finally, the massage motor is a bit lumpy. The cushion has to be cleverly positioned so the motor does not rest on the spine.... The problem I found is both seat cover where for the drivers side of the car. They both had a buckle on the left side and the passengers side was difficult to fasten because there is not much room between the seat and the console, so I hooked the front to the back straps.
