Delphi's FM Direct Adapter (SA10112) optimizes the receiver's internal FM modulator to your vehicle's radio in regions with a high density of FM radio stations and few open FM channels. The adapter connects directly in-line on your vehicle's existing AM/FM antenna input. Includes the FM direct accessory and power socket. The 0345FM10437 works by direct wired configuration in between your XM Satellite Radio antenna and your XM Radio receiver equipped with a built-in FM Modulator. From that, it is able to optimumize the FM performamce audio signal and then send it on to your vehicle's FM antenna. This adapter requires you to access the back of your FM radio for connections to the FM antenna cable. This package also includes a female cigarette lighter socket with a pig-tail for connecting to the electrical system in your vehicle for a clean installation, hidden away, in-dash.The cost is $ 16.29 and retail is $24.99 at Kmart KSN 0-683399-26-5.A lot more expensive then Sears.I don"t know......

The car kit allows for the many ways the sirius satellite radio can be used. My husband and I both have radios in our vehicles plus option to use my radio from the car in my office for great music all day long!

Two years ago I purchased a Sirius Sporster radio when I signed up with Sirius. This radio opperated as advertised. No problems with reception and seldom did it lose connection with the satilite. AFter a short two years that radio stopped working. I then purchased the Sporster Replay radio. This radio would lose contact with the satilite signal and static was constantly in the background on any station. I returned the radio to K-Mart but was informed that I had to call a customer service phone number to begin the return process. Now I have a radio that does not work and so far unable to return it to the point of purchase. I made the call and was finally able to get the thing shipped back to K-Mart.

Sirius makes several antennas of this type and they all work like great. They are magnetic and you mount them to the top of your car and they pull in those satellite signals wonderfully....

You can record up to 100 hours of (commercial free) music or talk(some commercials),,,delete it and record again..The antenna is in the headphones (slightly uncomfortable) for live satellite reception... Great for walking, +yardwork+ (housework)and childrens sporting events. I have had this for a year and use it everyday and it`s cheaper than an i-pod in the long run. requires a yearly subscription. Best to record from a home base antenna..Get the protective rubber case,.for outdoor use. It`s not perfect but what is?...

This boombox sounds great. I work at an electronics shop and have heard just about all of the satellite radio boomboxes. This has the best all around sound and the "Bass Button" is a great feature. The executive system is also very nice, but leaves a little more bass to be desired, plus it's not really portable. It is also more expensive, but it does come with a remote. Easy to use buttons on the top, very solid, nice speaker grills (Not Mesh), easy docking and removing, and can also clip antenna on back, which makes carrying it easy. I originally couldn't decide between this and the Directed Soloist, since i also have an ipod, but i'm extremely happy with my choice. The only disappointment was the fact that it didn't come with a remote and there is no preset buttons on it. I guess you can't have everything for the price. Hope this helped with your decision, you won't be disappointed.........Chris H....

I bought mine and installed it with no problem. There was alot of static and had to have the antenna direct wired. You can definately get it cheaper than sears, so you might want to look around....

I bought this radio as a Christmas gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. This is one Christmas present he had no complaints about. He doesn't like to receive expensive gifts, so this was perfect very reasonably priced, and easy to use. The channel selections with XM are excellent. I didn't have to fight the Christmas crowds to buy this gift. I purchased it online at Sears.com, and it was ready for pickup by the time I got off of work. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes....

of course its simple to use,plug in the ant.(i have a xact visor radio,great for home and car)once you plug in the ant.you do have to move it around a bit for best reception...(mine is in a windowsill)if you could place it outside...its better.but mine has clear reception,and i turn on the 5or 6 radios on around my house and rock!...my xact radio transmits clear through walls and out all over the property!...actually to the next street!...i think the radios that transmit to fm are cool,but i know for optimum sound quality you should plug it in direct,but then you only use one radio...somedays im cleaning hous,doin yardwork etc,and im all over the property,and its nice to hear it in every room...just my .02 cents worth....

i had mine for almost a year now,with no problems...i go from my truck,unplug the connections and inside my house plug in the home ant.and ac adapter,turn on any of my radios inside and rock!...it transmits the fm signal to any radio through walls ,and all over my property!(actually to the next street over)...very cool radio...and the fee is only 12.99 mo.!...NO commercials!...
