I also read many reviews on the web which state that Bluetooth is not reliable on this product. This GPS has a lot of great features. I needed a GPS that can handle several addresses and map them out in the most logical driving path, this GPS does it well. THE OTHER ONE WAS THE 6000T. THE 6000T WAS WAY TO COMPLICATED, IT CONSTANTLY FROZE UP AND I WOULD HAVE TO START OVER AGAIN, THAT IS WHEN I COULD GET IT TO TURN OFF,FIRST.
