My daughter gave me a Brother Fax/Phone/copier 770 machine abouth a year ago.It has been designed to be simple to use,with LCD screen prompts to guide you through functions,however you can use this machine to It fullest potential.Additionally this machine has a help key .If you are a first time user,fax operation might seem a little mysterious,this machine has a hand set that can be use as a regular phone,you can also connect a separate phone or telephone answering device directly to the fax.There are two handset volume high and low I really enjoy my Fax 770 machine." I have had in the past a Panasonic like this one before and loved it. Had a hart time finding a hand's free phone and now I have it on my desk and it is great. Many of the phone-fax 's are wired and I do not like that. Thanks for making a product and so good at its price....

I've had my fax machine for months and I love it. It does everything the expensive machines do. I told my sister about it and she bought one and loves it also. It also produces clear copies. I haven't had a single problem with it....

I have to agree with the other person great product for the price If I had to do it again I'll still choose this one does the same as the expensive ones if a fax machine is all you need....
