Very smooth workout. Love the different levels of a workout you can achieve with this treadmill. My old treadmill was not solid and loud. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

We purchased the Sole F80 Folding Treadmill online from Sears in December 2010. My wife, daughter and I wanted a convenient way to improve our fitness and decided a treadmill would be the best choice for us. The F80 is a big treadmill and the delivery crew could not move it into the room where we were going to set it up. My wife and I had to unpack it and move it into the room. The delivery crew then returned to set it up. You'll want to make sure the F80 will fit through the entry ways and doors of your home. You'll also want to have a large enough room to set it up. We use the F80 almost daily and love it. Each of us has our own fitness goals and abilities. My daughter wants to maintain her fitness. My wife wants to maintain her fitness and weight while protecting her knees. I'm a former runner who got out of shape and gained a lot of weight. I love to do strength training and the Weider resistance band worked great. The best part, it's small enough to throw in my suitcase to take on trips. Then I never have to miss a workout!

Generally I'm very pleased with NordicTrack C2255 Treadmill.I seem to use it mostly for walking or jogging and not for hardcore running.

Strengths:

The Nordic Track C2255 is affordable and gives you some advanced features like the iFit compatiblity, blue backlit display, 3 position adjustable cushioning and intensity meter.

The lifetime motor warranty tells you about the quality of the motor construction and the 1 year parts and labor is a definite improvement on the old 90 day warranties some models use to carry.

Weaknesses:

We would have like to see a longer parts warranty on the treadmill as well as a higher motor power.

Also, the C2255 may have fairly good cushioning but it is still not recommended for runners or heavier users.

I love this treadmill, the variation on workout routines is very extensive and the ability to customize your workout is great too! You can adjust the incline at 10 different intervals and challenge yourself or not!

I like that I can enter my weight, etc. and it knows how much I need to do to burn so many calories off.

It's also quiet and I can still hear my husband or the TV while I'm using the treadmill.

It is quite heavy and I have a bit of trouble putting it away, but if you have a spot to keep it open and ready, it's no problem.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for over ten years and I have never been disappointed. They are always comfortable for any activity. Mine typically last a few years and I always hate to throw them away when they are done.

the equipment is so easy to assemble, i don't work out a lot, only 30 minutes each time and about 3-4 times a week, i bought Profrom cross walk sport at sears for $399. It's been a few months and so far, i have not had any problem..

The New Balance running shoe and their cross trainer shoe are both great shoes. I have had persistent problems with shin splints with other shoes and now I can run, jog, walk with no pan whatsoever with these shoes. My feet feel comforted and cushioned. I can tell when they are worn out too as they feel quite a bit different. I never could tell with my other brands of shoes.

I highly recommend New Balance as they have solved one of my biggest problems and have made exercise enjoyable again.

The men's New Balance Tennis Shoes are so extremely comfortable and hold up so well. My 13 year old loves them. The fit is perfect, they are very comfortable and the best part is they hold up so well with all his running and playing.

This treadmill is just great so far. I have had it two weeks. It works just fine and is very quiet. My old treadmill was very noisy and rattled and shook. I look forward to my work out everyday,, which i am increasing timewise every day.

If I were looking for another treadmill, I'd buy this one again. Bought it on sale for less than $600 and it was well worth it. I do work out regularly with yoga, spin, free weights so I'm not sure how this would work for a daily user but I love it!
