I recently decided to quit my gym membership and get a treadmill for my home...after trying lots out I choose this one. I'm very happy with my purchase, it feels very sturdy and powerful, I can't tell the difference between this one and the health club ones...thanks!...

I bough this treadmill as my work is having an exercise challenge. I've tried working out several times in the past but end up losing motivation to continue so I was looking for something that was affordable in the event that history would repeat itself. This treadmill works great--especially considering I paid less than $100 for it. I get a much better workout on this treadmill than I did on the ones at the gym. It requires more work as the belt is not motorized...meaning you really have to be working! :)

We have had this for almost a month. I picked it up, brought it home and put it together. My advice is to do the same, since other people slapping it toether for you is a waste of money. It is not that hard, just a little time consuming.

Anyway, fired it up and it had a .... squeak. Took me a few days to find it, but finally did. The belly pan had a crack. No big deal. The thing that was a bigger deal was this.....it would not shut off. I think it is stuck in the demo mode, but the problem is that it won't come out of demo. I can't even get it into the diagnostic mode to turn it off. So the machine stays powered and the key is not required.

Customer Service has been great. Called in and explained the problem with the console, we tried a couple of fixes and nothing worked. I reported the crack in the belly pan on the same call. The Service staff sent me a new belly pan and console. They offered to have a technician come out to do the change over. The parts arrived...

This treadmill keeps on impressing me...

I was already impressed on how much more solid it felt then all the others I tried in this price range but the more and more I learn about it I feel even more at ease that I made the best possible treadmill purchase in this price range, to be honest, it was easy because nothing even came close.

Assembling: I was a little concerned on how hard it would be to assemble after reading horror stories about other treadmills but this was a peice of cake...only took about 30 minutes :)

Warranty: It came with a Lifetime motor warranty and a 3 years part warranty...I could not find a longer warranty in this price range, infact, most were a year or less on parts

Maintenance: I learned that this is one of the only treadmill out there that has a non-maintenance belt, meaning It won't need to be luricated on a regular basis..this was a big deal for me because I probably would never of even knew the others needed it and I probably wouldn't of even known...

Although when I first got the X9i Incline trainer there was an issue with the console, Which was attended to immediately by some very concerned and confidant nordictrack reps, when the initial issue did get resolved,(though it did take a month because part was on backorder) the machine now works like a dream!

It is everything you could want out of a treadmill with the added additions of the wifi interface to make you want to keep going and going. You can read your mail and no problem with basic internet functions, However, if you want to watch your favorite TV show, you may not be able to do it unless you have souped up cable. I think that their may be limited capacity on what the computer can do and is not an Ipad. But There are no issues connecting to the ifit programing with grade A number one workouts. The google maps mostly map main streets and some street views may not be available but still fun ! You still have map view and satelite view.The cushy platform absorbs impact on...

Bought this treadmill to get back in shape and love it so far. Local sears had to order it and I got it a week later if you don't have this thing delivered make sure you get some help to bring it in this thing weighs a ton. I bought this one with the more powerful motor because I do alot of running. It also has the shock absorbers to help with your joints. One of the down falls with it was putting it together it took me about four hours and like most has cheap plastic and the fan is not very powerful. But overall it has been a great treadmill and I would recommend it.

I had it for 2 weeks now, so far it is good. Assembly took 4 hours with 2 people. However, it is very heavy equipment need at least 2 people to move around....

This machine is absolutely an accurate, sturdy piece of exercise equipment. I had to get started again, after running 8 mi/day, then had a hip replacement.Perfect way to enter my walking/running regime. My only problem was the day after I bought it, price dropped $20...w/free shipping (I paid 35 s/h).

Had this delivered back in early Jan. 3(three) consoles later treadmill still does not work. WIFI connects up - console shuts down. disconnect wifi - reboot treadmill - console works but no IFit. Repair perosn told me that he has seen alot off prblems with this treadmill. This is a new one for him. Unit will not update firmware and buttons on console will not work when connected to wifi. No-one knows what is wrong. IFIT sent me a thumb drive (took 6 days) to update firmware - Unit did not recognize the thumbdrive. Going back today. I gave Sears/Nordick Track and IFit 4 weeks to make this work. Every console (3) has been bad. I am done with this. HIGHLY recommend you RUN from this one. I would give it zero stars if I could. Customer service is bad too. No one wants to take responsibility....
