I am lactose intolerant and so is the rest of my family. We tried many different types of milk but they were all so so different from the real thing. Lactaid actually tastes like regular milk, it just doesn't upset my stomach or my family's stomach. You can still get the calcium and benefits of milk without the pain!

These taste so good and they are packed with fiber. I eat one when I get up every morning and I follow it up with a big glass of water (to help with the digestion). I literally am not hungry again until lunch time. These taste great and the fiber content can not be beat. This big box is very easy on the pocket book too....

I normally eat a cold cereal for breakfast but I also enjoy hot meals in the morning especially in the winter months. This is a great way to have something warm for breakfast; it is very easy to prepare, too. Preparing it in the microwave only takes 1 to 2 minutes. The calories in one packet are less than my normal breakfast cereal and you can prepare these packets using water or milk. I prefer milk since it makes the cereal a creamier consistency. I also add raisins for additional texture and nutrients....

This cereal has been my favorite cereal since I was a little girl. My grandmother used to give it to me for breakfast, when I went to visit them every summer as a child. Imagine my surprise to find out that the cereal I enjoyed eating was actually good for me too. It is made from oats which is good for your heart. It is lower in sugar than many other cereals out there too. There is also a Cinnamon Life, and cinnamon is supposed to help regulate your blood sugar. So I am glad to find out that a cereal that tastes good is good for me. Way to go Quaker....

I know they aren't they best choice, but when your kid has to wake up before the sun to get to school on time, something like this sometimes becomes the go-to thing. Plus, my son is a very picky eater and he normally finishes one of these easily which lets me know he at least won't be hungry before snack time or lunch rolls around.

With the variety of flavors, he always finds one he likes.

Grape-Nuts cereal is my absolute favorite cereal. I always have it in my pantry. I have been eating Grape-Nuts for over 20 years. This is one of the cold cereals that truly sticks with you. If you eat the recommended serving size, you will get about 28 percent of your daily fiber. I usually have either raisins or fresh fruit with this cereal. They say that you can heat it up and eat it warm, but I have not tried that out. It has a very limited list of ingredients with whole grain wheat flour as the main ingredient. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a healthy cereal....

The label is incorrect when it says 1.25 lb.

18 oz = 510 g = 1.125 lb
