The front and back are all cotton with 100% polyester fiberfill. And, it is machine washable, cold, line dry.  To me that's easy care. Bought the king size even though<em> </em>I have a full size bed because I prefer to be able to use it like a bedspread and it fits beautifully. Comes with two matching pillow shams.
