this lamp is truy impressive and I love the way it looks HOWEVER ....

the product description should have mentioned that this lamp, though it is a standing floor lamp, must also be attached to a wall to prevent it from tipping over.

this means the lamp cannot be anywhere but next to a wall and even then, cannot be easily moved to a different location.

I purchased the Floor Lamp Combo to simply illuminate my room. I was surprised at how well it provides wonderful soft lighting for my youtube videos. I found this out one evening when I simply could not get enough light in my living room where I was shooting the video. Once I plugged in the floor lamp and began recording it was magic. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

I love this lamp set. They do not seem cheaply built. I was able to put them together easily and the floor lamp is tall and sturdy. Compliments my living room nicely. The price was reasonable. I am enjoying my set.

The quality is good and the light is bright enough. I like this lamp just a little expensive. If it can be a little cheaper, it will be more welcomed. Anyway, worth it....

Good lamp. The price is super affordable.It fits perfect in my small room. Itt does not have the best aspect, but it looks just fine. It is the perfect lamp to put an a corner of a room. I am satisfied!...

This floor lamp sucks!!! Don't buy it. It is a pain to assemble and it doesn't even stretch far enough to screw on the top. Totally returning it to kmart. No wonder it was on clearance!!!!...

We bought this set several months ago & loved it. The lights both worked great (however you do have to use the correct bulbs or the light doesn't turn on). Our disappointment came when the floor lamp got tipped over & the shade shattered. Trying to find a replacement shade is becoming a nightmare. That is our only disappointment with these lights....

I was needing a full spectrum lamp to do some craft projects so originally I ordered on online from that other famous store. They did not sell them in the store and I could only buy online. So I had to wait two weeks and the lamp cost about $50. I had problems putting it together and it would not turn on. Anyway I returned the lamp and drove directly to Kmart.

This lamp went together without a hitch and works great. Only differnce from the one I got at that other place is it is white, and oh yah half the cost. It was also in the store so I didn't have to wait. Thank you K-mart.

Absolutely wonderful floor lamp. Love the reading light that is on it also. Easy to put together and a very sturdy lamp, unlike some others that I have owned. Like that you can adjust the reading light to where you want it. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered this for my mom for Christmas, in spite of the one previous negative review. Contrary to that review, I did not find this lamp to be "cheap" at all, and everything is working just fine. The color of the lamp is just what was needed for my mom's house because it is more of a rich antiqued gold color, and NOT the shiny brass (yuk) that you usually find in stores. The reading lamp arm is adjustable up and down as well as left to right, and has a pull chain that turns it on and off. The torchiere light at the top has a separate knob which turns it on and off and which also functions as a dimmer for the torchiere. Both the torchiere and the reading arm can be turned on or off independently of each other. The top takes one bulb, maximum 100 watt. My mom uses a regular incandescent, but the newer CFLs with a type "A" base could probably be used too. Same goes for the reading arm, which takes a maximum 40 watt. The glass on both lights is a sort of frosty white color which gives a pleasing...

Bought the lamp for my girlfriend about a year ago and worked perfect for the light, for the wobbling part of it I fixed by useing glue. We just recently purchased a house and moved and in doing so something went wrong with the lamp, I thought it was just the bulb so I replaced it with a new one and it still isn't fixed so now I do not know where else to go.
