This is the best vaccum I have ever bought! It has such great suction power that there was so much lint in the canister. Had to empty it twice. I never realized how important brand names were when it comes to vaccum cleaners. I can not tell you how many time I have purchased a vaccum only to find that it does not pick up as much as it should. I reccomend this brand to anyone who wants a powerful vaccum cleaner. One that actually picks up all the dirt.

I bought this after reading reviews on a bunch of different sites from pet owners (I have 2 indoor cats). The first month or two was a nightmare where it seemed to not be able to pick up even a little bit of lint, let alone fur clumps/etc. I took most of it apart and put it back together again, finding out that some hair became jammed in one area during the first use, making it non-effective afterwards. Now I check the different intake areas and filters everytime I do a good cleaning, to make sure all is well, and have been having a good experience. The after-the-holidays pine needles seem to be a bit tricky with it, making you have to keep going over an area to get them all. It is not good with cat litter that is on a carpet, it will send the shrapnel flying at your legs and feet with a painful velocity. It is unfortunately best to use a dust-vac or the wand to get the majority of a spill up, before running the area with the vac. It has not impressed me, but not a terrible...

I have purchased the Dyson Vac. It was a little pricey and I was unsure if I really wanted to spend so much on a vac but when I got it home and put it all together and used it in my living room I immediately wanted to clean the entire house. This machine is absolutely perfect and I highly doubt I will ever use another brand again. I sucks up everything. I love it so much that I am saving to buy the purple one because I have pets and then I can have one upstairs and one downstairs. If I could give it a hundred stars I would. This machine is perfect. I never thought I could love a piece of cleaning equipment. You definitely would benifit from having this machine if you have an infant that crawls.

The vacuum would be a decent vacuum if it weren't for a serious design flaw on the agitator brush. The bearings on the ends of the brush can't handle the speed/heat of the vacuum and melt and seize. This happens to everyone who owns this vacuum sooner or later. Mine happened in less than a year. There are plastic peices holding the bearings in! Plastic guys, seriously... this is the one part of the machine that should absulutely be made of metal. I'm talking about 1.25" of metal would make this vacuum last forever and probably cost like an extra dollar over the plastic peices? Comon Sears... and the part cost me over 50 dollars to have shipped to my house. Also, the small electronic attachment wand for doing stairs, etc broke after about 5 uses. When I ordered the part, I figured sears would have an upgraded part because of complaints, but no... it's still the same plastic that should not be near that kind of heat. I bought this Kenmore because my parents owned one when...

The Dyson DC14 is my best friend it makes my life and cleaning much more enjoyable. The one feature I love the most is the expandable wand. It is great for those hard to reach and high places. The suction power is outstanding, the best cleaner I've ever owned. I love that I can empty the dirt out each time I clean and it has the heppa filter....

I love my Kenmore Canister Vacuum! It is an amazing piece of quality.I love the on board attachments because i have stiars,hardwood floors and rugs.the powernozzle is great because it lets me adjust the pile height.I also love the telescoping wand because sometimes my kids vacuum their own bedrrom.My canister vacuum has lasted for over 5 years so far.Even when hurricane IRENE was coming it flooded my basement and it flooded my entire vacuum.But when i took it upstiars it worked perfect.THATS WHY I LOVE MY KENMORE!!!!!

I'm not 100% that this is the very same Bissell Upright model I purchased, but it appeared to be the correct one (NLS Pet Cleaning model). From the very first use this vacuum pulled more dirt, dust and pet hair out of my carpet than my previous vacuum was removing. It was a wonder to see all that stuff through the clear, bagless canister. It was easy to dump out and I like that is has a washable filter and replaceable Hepa filter. It was a bit loud as vacuums tend to be, but I can deal with a noisy vacuum as long as it's working and this one really works!

There has never been a better vacuum than dyson! I have five kids and two dogs- who shed A LOT!! This vacuum sucks up everything! I never knew my carpet could be so clean until i owned a dyson! There is removable tubing if you get something stuck in it (pencils and pens are a favorite here!) Dyson also stands behind their products., I called them when my son accidently overstretched the extendable suction and forced a hole in there, The fedexed me the part for free!! I cannot say enough about dyson!!

This is a work horse! Goes from hard surfaces to carpet and is easy to use and clean! We love it! Would definitely buy again and recommend it to others.

I find Dyson some what expensive but a good quality. I easily get tired, exhausted and back pain when vacuuming. This is difficult. The vacuum is a bit too heavy. I would prefer a lighter Dyson. Color yellow looks better than this ugly purple one. Recommended good brand.

We have inside pets and come shedding season the rugs and corners of the house get a lot of pet hair, our previous Hoover left a lot to be desired, but this Dirt Devil sucks up all the pet hair and any thing else it runs across. This is one of the best vacuum cleaners for the money. My only complaint is it is noisy.
