i am a 25 year old mother of 2 ages 6 and under, so i know what its like to not be happy with yourself after having children. this treadmill is amazing, it def. did its job for the money.. if your not in shape you will be in no time. my husband seen how much more energy i had and how i was much more of a happier person, he even started using it, so i got a great deal.

Unit is easy to use. Small enough to fit in an apartment size dliving room without overtaking the room. Gets the job done.

i had C1255 model. I just bought about a year and not using more than 20 times. The screen was frozen and no buttons works. I'm very dissapointed.....

The ProForm XP 615 squeeks when I run on it. I opened the front cover and discovered that the lift frame (Part #61 in Manual) welding at the corner was cracked, which is why it squeeks when weight is applied. To make matters worse, Part #61 is not a servicable part by Sears or ProForm. Sears and ProForm both said there's nothing anyone can do, even a service tech. The frame only has a 1-year warranty. I should add that nobody in our house weighs more than 200-lbs.

What a waste of money... I guess you get what you pay for...

I was a little scared to try this DVD, having seen Jillian Michaels on television. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised-- she isn't so scary after all! I love that I can complete these in 20 minute chunks and I also enjoy how there are different levels, all on one video. Best of all, I love how it's making a difference in my waistline!

Great workout dvd! There are three levels - 1, 2, 3 - that increases in cardio and toning intensity for about 30 minutes each. It's great to mix up the levels, even though she says to remain on level 1 before starting the next level. The background music is audible and upbeat. 5 stars!

We bought the Proform 620 treadmill at Sears 24 months ago. It has been lightly used - just 123 hours, 425 miles according to its internal computer. Normal use for a home treadmill is about an hour a day. By that reckoning we have had only about 4 months' usual use from it.

Seven weeks ago the incline froze in the maximum position. It required an new computer board to repair. If we had not bought the extended warranty the repair would have cost $421.79.

The treadmill shed rubber from its drive belt onto the floor from its first use, which we were told is normal. Now the drive belt is worn out. When the technician came out he did not have one on his truck so we are waiting for a replacement to be shipped. The belt is a no-name Chinese product. When the replacement belt arrives the technician will return to install it. We can only hope the replacement is better than the original.

We must wait at home a half day for each technician's visit because Sears can only schedule...

Our C2155 had 16 hours logged on the machine when the incline went dead. We used the machine for walking only and had it protected with a surge protector. We paid about $750 for this machine, or roughly $46.88 per hour of use before it failed. Absolute junk.

I received this treadmill last august for my birthday, I have enjoyed using it. It has a dis that you can insert that actually directs your workout and it has a heartrate monitor, and has an option to plug in an ipod to listen to music while you exercise, and has a speaker and a fan to keep you comfortable while you do exercise. Would recommend this item.

After a few months of light use, console froze - no buttons would work. Even though warranty supposedly covered parts and labor, I had to pay $50 for "shipping" and "house visit." A few months later of light use and it froze again. Company gave me choise of paying another $50, or paying $189 for an extended warranty. Company took no responsbility for fact that this happened twice. When I asked whether it was unusual for a NordicTrack treadmill to break down to unusuable condition twice within an eleven month period, I got hems and haws. Reviews on Yelp and Amazon indicate other buyers face similar problems. I spent $750 for a treadmill that lasted 11 months. Gym membership would have been cheaper and better. Yes, this machine is conveniently designed and the fan and ipod dock are good ideas, but what good are they if they won't operate after a few months?

I have owned this about 11 months now. About 400 miles so far, so not too much. The motor has been replaced twice, the power supply board has been replaced once. The motor belt was replaced once. The service guy has been to my house three times so far. After his last visit, a couple weeks ago, something was slipping - either the tread belt or the motor belt. I finally was able to tighten the motor belt and now it seems OK. The programs available are just OK. I wish that you could take one of the existing programs and bump the entire program up or down, but you can't. You can only bump up/down the current speed. So if you have a pattern you like, but the max speed is 7 mph and you'd rather have the max at 5, you can't adjust the whole thing at once. I just bought the extended warranty for it, given the trouble I've had. I wish I'd bought up a notch or two....
