I bought it a few months ago, we just assembled it yesterday, I wish I could return it. I got the pieces out of the box and started trying to put it together, the instructions were kind of hard to follow because the picture diagrams they gave were fuzzy and printed badly. The frame seemed like it was bent or something because we had to litterally pull and push on it to get the canopy into it's locking holes and the wheel frame didn't fit right, it had to be manipulated, and the worst was the cargo basket. The directions tell you that it's supposed to be put together as one of the first steps and we couldn't get figure out which of three sets of holes to put it in and the picture was very unclear. There are little clamps on the canopy that look like they're supposed to velcrow to something but there's nothing to attach them to. Over all it's nice to look at but...... I like the EZ design of the car seat. You can carry baby without waking him up because you do not shake the car seat. The carseat sits up at too steep of an angle for a newborns head. My sons head would flop over when the carseat was locked into the base. The product descriptions says its has an adjustable base but it doesnt adjust enough for a newborn.... The toy bar is so high that your infant will never be able to see it. The motor worked great until I put my 7 pound baby in it. Apparently he was too heavy. I called Graco costumer service who said that they would send me a new motor at no charge, but it would take 2 weeks since it wasn't in stock because the swing was so new. After 3 weeks, I returned the swing for another brand. I'm glad I did because 12 weeks later I still have not recieved the part. Everything else I own is Graco-made and I have no complaints, but this is one Graco item that I would never purchase or recommend.... And, it's on SALE now. We paid full price and it was still worth it. I don't think you can bargain away your child's safety. It was a breeze to put on our SUV and believe me, if I can do it . . . you can do it too! I thought that the light green color with the navy accents would go well for either a boy or a girl and it doesn't dirty easily. It has held up so well that I will be able to use it with my next child.... I am very glad that I did. I love the canopy - it is bigger than my second carseat had and covers a lot of sun. I also love the headrest - it fits my son very well, when others hadn't worked so well for my other boys. I love the green tea color and it comes out of the base very smoothly, which is important when the baby is asleep. The handle moves well and fairly easily up and down - not too easy, which wouldn't be good, either!!...
