I am a dialysis patient for over thirteen years now, over the years I have over come so many trials and tribulations, but I learn to keep on going. One of the trials I have been through was having developing an infection which I was given a antibiotic, which cause me to become hearing impaired. Along with that I have developed constant ringing in my ears, I also have problems sleeping as well, so I use my Homedic Water Dance fountain to watch and to listen to; concentrate on the something other then the ringing in my ears and to entertain me until I fall asleep.

With me paying off many credit cards, I can no longer afford to replace my fountain, which gave out on me. So now I leave the TV on all night until I fall asleep, to try to drown out the constant ringing in my ears and the sleepless nights.

I'm a long-time customer of the Kmart Pharmacy on Astor Place in NYC's East Village neighborhood, and, in a market crammed with low-service, low-knowledge pharmacies like Duane Reade, they stand out. I'm managing a chronic condition with limited insurance coverage for medication, and I couldn't do it without them.

They always work with me to plan ahead for prescriptions, and flag issues before they come up -- not after there's a crisis. When glitches happen, they figure out ways to solve them. They're readily available by phone, take the initiative to call if something comes up, and are extremely knowledgeable -- they always keep an eye out for possible drug interactions or side effects, and ask questions to surface issues. They are equally knowledgeable and helpful on nonprescription medications. And they're really friendly, too!

I've recommended the Kmart Astor Place pharmacy to friends moving into the neighborhood, telling them that it's worth walking out of their way for. ...

I have had an on and off relationship with the Kmart pharmacy. Mostly due to the hours they work here which is 9-7. Then we took my scripts to Wallgreens and if you don't have insurance they charge OUTRAGIOUS prices.

So I had them transfered back to KMart, which was no problem. The staff that I have dealt with so far have been very kind and I have told people how reasonable their prices on meds are.

Then after having to spend over $100 in scripts this month to see the gift card was like a Godsend as we have been struggling like everyone else. It almost feels like we're getting a boost up.

It made me want to shop there even more now. ******** is just too overwhelming and the store so crowded that you have a hard time shopping.

Barleys says "Not impressed" about SportLine Heart Rate Watch

I the purchased Sportline Heart rate watch for my husband for him to keep track of his heart rate.

The first time opening the package it did not work. After return to the store I found that all watchs of this brand on the rack did not work. Both male and female style. After putting in a new battery (over 15 minutes) it did start. Set up on the watch was not at all easy.

For the price of $39.99 I would not ever buy another one or tell any one else that it was worth the money or time taken to get it working.
