The Ruby & Black Diamond Heart pendant was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! It arrived so fast & was packaged incredibly well. Inside the box was a heavy black porcelin heart box trimmed with a ribbon. It was so impressive & such a wonderful surprise. My daughter in law's birthstone is Ruby & it made the perfect Valentine's Day gift. She LOVES it!! Highly recommend this pendant whether your birthstone is Ruby or not! Now I want the matching ring....

I bought this pendant for my wife for Christmas. It is a beautiful piece. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention that it was made in China?! I'm debating on returning it and going elsewhere since I now don't even trust if it is a lab-created ruby or just a piece of red glass. Before, I bought a lot of jewelry from Sears, but now that it has turned into another ********, I willl rather go elswhere.

This pretty piece has a brilliant sparkle, and feels very light and comfortable on. The light chain gives it an almost floating appearance, and it's very versatile to dress either up or down. I feel special when I wear it!

I've had my eye on this necklace (and the entire set) and it finally went on sale. The necklace is beautiful and you are definitely paying for the design of the necklace.

The only thing that makes me a little weary (and loses a star) is that the opal is lab-created, which is not that great. Also, because of the nature of the opal stone, it requires you to do your research on how to clean it.

I do get many compliments on the necklace (and the entire set) since it's so contrasting. I wear this necklace everyday because it is relatively very light and I forget that I am wearing it. The size of the piece is the same size as the ring, which looks appropriate.

Also, after I purchased the set, I got a $20 off coupon printed from the register, which when I contacted the Sears rep via email, was able to deduct it from my total cost.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.
