I've owned a few of these combos by various manufacturers over the years, this latest Toro offering is the best one yet. It is lightweight, easy to carry around, easy to convert from blower to vac, powerful enough to blow or mulch even fairly wet leaves and has an adjustable control knob so you won't peel the paint off your house. If you live in an area with a lot of trees then this thing will pay for itself in no time when the leaves start falling. A couple of things to watch for: 1.) Good idea to rake and sift leaves into smaller piles before vacuuming just to make sure you don't suck up any rocks, broken glass or anything that could damage the blades. It should go without saying, but these things are not intended to pulverize big branches, rotting fruit, rawhide chew toys or furry rodents. Smaller piles will also keep from clogging up the vacuum tube. 2.) Be careful where and how you set this thing down because it is just a lightweight plastic body and one good drop on concrete...

I purchased this blower/Vac to replace a Homelite unit that quit.

I put fuel in the unit followed instructions and the unit fired on second pull and has been a great unit since.

Well worth the money spent. My experience is you get what you pay for...

Great unit - makes yard clean up a breeze -

I tried to find a comprable blower for a reasonable price and could not.

Used mine this fall and even lent it to my neighbor when his unit stopped running.

He went out and bought one.

Very strong blower. Better that what I expected for what I paid for. More quiet then the gas one. I'm using it to blow grass, leaves and debris off the driveway. It's quicker and cleaner than using a broom. No commend on thge vacuum feature as I have no need to use it yet.

Had to return the first one because it would not run out of the box. The second one seems to be doing fine for now. No problem on the return. Average blower for price.

I can't give this enough praise. For the price, this is probably the purchase I'm happiest with overall. Great power, both suction and blowing power. Large collection bag allows for more material to be sucked up before having to empty. I can do my entire 1 acre yard without emptying the bag. Highly recommend

I purchased both the 2-cycle Craftsman 25cc gas blower (200mph), but also the 4-cycle model (215 mph) as well. I have been extremely satisfied with both. In the past, I owned electric blowers made by Craftsman. They too did a great job, but now I don't have the hassle of fumbling with extension cords and the frustrations (getting tangled up, coming unplugged, etc.) that go with them. With my gas blowers, I can go anywhere. And, with the "Sim-Pul" technology, and easy to read instructions pasted right on the side of the blower, starting is a snap. Neither blower has ever failed to start for me, even in the coldest weather of winter. I coulldn't be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was hesitant when my husband wanted this blower vac because I thought it wouldn't be put to use - but boy was I wrong! This blower vac is awesome and can be useful in many ways and not just for the lawn. We do use it to blow the leaves, to vaccum the leaves, and we also use it to clean the air filters of my husband's big rig truck - this saves us big bucks on those high dollar air filters. The air filters last longer and we save more money. I highly recommend this blower vac - it is great.

I bought one & used it today. I'd say it's ok but hard to believe it's more powerful than a gas blower. The biggest draw back is no on/off switch, just variable. This is probably more of an inconvience. But in a emergency i would like to have an on/off switch, the variable is ok but a separate on/off i think is a must.

This is the third craftsman gas blower in 3 years. I do use it frequently and it works very well. Problem is don't expect it to last. I take good care of it and keep it garaged. I'm sure the gas oil is correct. I use the same mixture for my weed wacker.

This blower just stops working. I changed spark plug and still would not start.

Sears exchanged it for a new one. If this one breaks in a year I will buy another brand.

Very powerful blower and vac. Attaching the vacuum can take some getting used to but, it works excellent. If I had to criticize, and I don't want to..... It is quite loud, but that is just the craftsman power sound. It picks up the old leaves stuck to the ground in the grass and next to fences.... even one of my kids flip flops (shredded it to bits) Great product, excellent value and craftsman quality!

blower gave out in one season. attemted to get it serviced by sears they would not even think about backing their product because i hadlost reciept. good friend bought 7.000 dollars in kitchen appliances last month at loweswouldnt even consider sears becausethey had sameproblem as i did with sears.good luck sears see ya
