This is a good indoor plant but needs frequent misting as the leaves dries quickly. What makes this plant interesting is the fact that it rates highest by the NASA study in its ability to remove chemical vapors plus its high transpiration rate. Of all the plants tested by NASA, this is the best plant for removing air pollutants, especially formaldehyde, and for adding humidity inside the house.

Golden Pothos is easy to grow as house plant. It is very resistant to insect infestation and easy to maintain. What I like most of this plant is its ability to remove chemical vapors.

I got this Topsy Turvy as a gift on Mother's Day and I was so excited that I even went right out and bought a little tomato plant from Kmarts' garden section. It was about 12 inches tall and looked so nice in the pot. Setting up the Topsy Turvy was a bit of a hassle. I followed the instructions to a "T". I even bought the expensive dirt ($9). It had trouble carefully putting the little plant in between the foam without harming it and I had trouble climbing up and down the ladder to fill it with dirt as sugested in the isntructions. I watered it everyday. When the rainy season started here in FL I thought "great, I don't have to water my plant". The instructions even clearly say "you can't over water it' because tomatoes love water, YEA whatever.

The plant never grew bigger butit rotated towards the sun. At first I thought it was a good sign, Then the leaves started to turn brown though still the same size a yellow flower started to bloom and then the stem along the foam area got black...

nice plant. the colors purple and green will mix well with those 2 mardi gras-like colors. the plant also will help clean up the air in a room and it a nice conversational focal point for those hard times when you have guests over and need to entertain them.

Exotic angels is a very well-known brand, out for quite sometime now. they have this version of the pothos, which is a very good and resilient type of green plant. the vines always increase and grow, even in not the ideal setup of settings and the price is kind of pricey.

the hoya is not a bad plant from around the central american region. they can easily grow indoors and the plant spawns new leaves if kept in ideal conditions. i like these alot as you can hang them from the walls or drapery bars and rods. they also help clean air. A+

like the other hoyas, this is a very good plant. i like to see it in my kitchen because it matches the overall palette of green and makes the air a lot more cleaner. it is a good conversation piece and can be had for not a very bad price either if you get a discount.

We bought the Topsy Turvy upside down planter a few years ago and the first two years results were average to poor until we got proper soil conditions down to an art.

At first we used ground soil and then potting mix then manure until we learned through trial and error to match soil in the planter to what you are growing. Most of our soil concoctions now are a mix of manure and Miracle Grow potting soil at 40/60 mix ratio. Manure is capable of burning up your plants by overfeeding so caution is the word based on how heavy a feeder your plant might be.

Our first success was a Roma tomatoe for the Lil' Italian wife. The plant grew six feet long and had a hundred tomatoes at a time and taste made us glad we bought the hanger. Next success was strawberries planted into each of the many holes cut into the circumferance of the planter. We had so many berries it looked more like a flowering container.

The Topsy Turvy works great once you learn what to fill it with for proper root growth. It is...

I bought a topsy turvy because I never had good luck when I planted my own plants outside. I also was dying to plant my own tomatoes so I decided one more time I will try planting tomatoes, but this time I knew that I wanted to try topsy turvy. I honestly worked great.

When I first saw this upside down planter i was very suspicious as to how would it actually work. I was very surprised as it works beautifully. Yes you can grow delicious tomatoes upside down. I think it actually works better than the traditional way to grow them upright. It seems that they get water to the roots more easily.I really cant tell you enough how well these tomatoes taste.

Very easy to use.

Very affordable.
