Love the prodcut. At the time of purchase we also decided to buy a trimmer. Love both products and use at least five times a year. Have gotten money's worth during the first summer of purchase (2010).

Upkeep is simple and maintenance is user-friendly. Look foward to using this product for a very long time!

i really like this lawn mower i like the craftsman brand i only buy mine from sears the have the best prices and warrenty i like the quality you get i would reccomd this to anyone i know from experience...

I bought this mower about 3 months ago, nice looking mower and starts right up with no problem, is quite bulky and hard to move around, especially to pull backwards when you have to, but it says in the book to push it forward a little then backward, that does work but sometimes its a pain when your up against a tree. The handle needs padding and it like to spin in thick grass, I mow my grass at the highest wheel level, I always have, my grass is probably around 8 to 9 inches thick. this mower likes to spin it it but my old Toro never spun in the grass at all. If I had to buy a new lawnmower again I would not buy this one, to bulky and spins easy in thick grass.

I bought this for my yard service on the advice of the salesperson. I wanted an upgraded mower. I should have stayed with a big rear wheeled mower. I have two beat up Toro mowers that will run rings around this one at half the price. Very heavy and awkward to pick up if one needs to. Replacement parts very costly. I need to replace the transmission, $180.00 bucks on-line. I will by a new mower instead.

The lawn mower work ok but the spark plug is in bad location and makes install and removal a problem.

this lawn mower is going back. i've left a reply to one of the other reviews, but both of the critical reviews had it right: this lawn mower clogs up repeatedly and it stops the blade. i'm definitely not happy with this purchase, but i have 30 days to return it. do your homework and buy a different model....

After using this mower about 8 times it will turn over but not run. So much for self starting. Have tried changing spark plug, replacing gas, air filter is clean, everything I know to try. I will take this mower to the repair shop and go buy another, different mower. Then I will try to unload this heap of junk. A pain since I have no good/easy way to transport it. Just get a simple mower. And not from Sears. Growl.
