This product LOOKS GREAT at first glance, and looked great in our yard. Howver, after only 6 months, this beautiful piece of work rusted, rotted and fell over dead....

must agree with other customers; beautiful gazebo but the canopy ripped very easily and now can't replace it as is temporarily unavailable; just hope that is because they are redesigning it. alot of money to get less than 1 season use.

Sears ought to be ashamed to sell something like this. We had it constructed and in place for just 4 months during the spring last year and already all the seams where the hooks and velcro were attached were pulling apart - the fabric was faded, etc. We removed the canopy for the summer as we were gone and tried fitting it again this year. I could see the separations but decided to try it. One good thunderstorm and it shredded. Replacement canopies are only supplied through Gardenwinds.com and the prices are outrageous. Big mistake to buy this junk.

less than 2 year life expectancy. piece of garbage for over $200. I paid $450 for close to end-of-season in 2010. Literarly ripped today as we were taking it down for winter (no snow yet) 1/20/2012....

My husband wanted to purchase an awning for our back patio that would have cost us 3000.00 and it wasnt even pretty. I started looking at gazebos on Kmarts website and came across this one. I recieved it quickly and by a delivery company. My husband and son had the whole thing put together in one hour and we love it. It really is beautiful and I love the fact that we can zip it up if we are eating and we wont get bitten up by bugs. My husband is happy he listened to me and purchased this instead of an ugly 3000.00 awning....

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!! BEWARE OF OTHER Garden Oasis products. It has barely been a year and the Gazebo has fallen apart almost completely. The fabric has ripped in at least ten places due to rot from the weather. The canopy support rods have rusted out at the joints. There is rust at almost all the weld points. This obviously wasn't meant that the metal was not painted properly. The manufacturer even expects this to happen since they include damage to rust and corrosion in their warranty EXCLUSION list. My neighbor has a gazebo that he purchased at ******************* ago and it is still in great condition and able to be used. I definitely will NOT purchase another unit from Sears!!!!!...

Purchased this gazebo to replace a smaller one for use behind our RV. Easy to put up and the unit is attractive. We experienced a severe wind storm that popped one of the bolts, but was easily repaired. Our fault. We have learned to just roll the canopy over to the back of our RV and use bungy cords to hold it. We have anchored the frame with rope and 5 gal. pails of water, since we are in a relatively high wind area. Otherwise, we cannot complain. I reinforced the velcro tabs, which was easily done on my home sewing machine (just in case we don't catch the wind storm in time). The large velcro anchors on the canopy corners truly secure the canopy to the frame. I would buy this again....

I was surprised that the canopy started ripping after 9 months, and was totally shredded after 13 months. Where do I get a replacement canopy that will hold up?...

Had it up for two years. Trick is to take it down after 7 months of all weather but not winter weather. Be sure to balance the 4 uprights. Put up in May and take down in November. We live in the midwest. It survived our terrific wind and rain storms. It did tear in 4 places of 2-3 inches while taking it down in 2010. Repaired with duct tape and lasted through the 2011 spring and summer. Looking at finding a replacement canopy.

Nice looking easy to put together but would last 2 summers fabric is garbage ripped in one summer second summer tore off from the stinky little roof straps. Its over rated should be half the price it was or have a better warrenty on it. People buy a gazebo not to take down every time it looks like its going to be a slight wind out side it is not a indoor family room it is for outside. poor quality again on material for screen neeting and for roof metal siades are good but didnt want to just have a roof frame and metal sides in my yard after 2 years The pool guy

I say good value because I have read some of the other reviews. I got all your missing parts! they basically sent me a Gazebo & 1/2 . Not that I am complaining because the first thing I tried to put together had to be retapped. It took me 10 + hrs to assemble by myself and the directions were written by someone who has no command of the english language.But in all fairness the design and quality are excellent , we have had 8" of snow on it with no problems it also went through huricane Irene here in the Catskills. Pain in the butt to put together but well worth it.

This looked so nice on the website, but when we received the item at home and took it out of the box I was honestly embarrased when my husband saw it. I thought I was doing good by purchasing something that was considered a "good price," but it was very dissapointing once we started putting it together. The structure is a very poor excuse for what would hold up the unit. Once we began putting it together, one fo the legs bent so easily it was horrible. I would not recommend spending money on this item at all, unless it goes on sale for $50...Really, It ended up collapsing on us completely.

The metal frame on this gazebo is very attractive and sturdy when installed correctly. The canopy did not last me one year; it ripped after several rain and wind storms and discolored very quickly. I wouldn't be so angry if the canopy was easy to remove so maybe I could take it on and off. I was thinking of putting some nice furniture underneath it and some electricity for decorative lighting, but now that the canopy is in shreds there's a big empty space underneath it until I figure out what to do. A new canopy is 100 bucs, but if I'm gonna spend 100 bucs a year, I might as well build one out of wood! I'm so glad I bought this thing at half price because it's definitely not worth the 500 bucs. Not even the 250 I paid for it. Very disappointed.
