Over the late summer I was walking through the mall when I saw, sitting out front of Sears, the exact outdoor Bar set that we have been looking for. I was even more pleased that it was 50% off! Everyone in Sears were very helpfull, especially the two men that helped me load it into my truck.

We have alot of get togethers at our house, and everyone has aked where we bought the bar set and i'm very excited to say SEARS!!!

Whenever we need a major appliance, outdoor furniture or lawn mowers, we have always shopped at Sears, and we will continue to shop at Sears.

I purchased a 'Glide' a 'Loveseat' and a Sofa from KMart. They were the Martha Stewart Channel Island brand. The supports under the webbing that holds the cushions failed within one week. Unfortunately for me the purchase was in May, we built them at our summer place in July and by the time we realized they were sagging the Kmart we purchased them from did not want to hear from us, 90 day guarentee and all. I am working with corporate now and I do not want the furniture replace I want my money back, this structure is not sound.

We saved up to get a high quality set and were surprised to find the Garden Oasis Barrington 7pc Dining set at Sears. Upon delivery, I was slightly disappointed in the quality for the money we paid, but the table was beautiful and very heavy alleviating wind concerns. After about 6 weeks we noticed cracks on the edges of the table, then as time passed actual pieces began to fall off the edges. Sears was reasonable when it came time to give them a call, without going into the details, let's just say that weeks later we had a new table. Now the new one is doing the same thing and we won't let them give us a third one. Too bad since the set looks great and matches the other set we bought.

Regarding the Martha Stewart Channel Islands wicker pation set: Once you buy this set, forget about getting any replacement parts if needed. The cushion covers are NOT replaceable. So if something happens to one of your cushions, you are out of luck. Martha's site refers you to where you bought it (KMART) and then customer service takes your name and number and tells you someone will call you in 48 hours, but doesn't. You call back, finally getting the number for the manufacturer and they tell you that KMART/Sears won't buy extra pieces and parts. KMART/ Sears just wants the product out the door period. Once it is, one or two dissatisfied patrons don't matter to the bottom line. Well, Martha, Kmart/Sears.. we won't be buying anymore patio merchandise from YOU.

I purchased the entire set of Martha Stewart outdoor patio furniture with the lazy susan table, 5 chairs, umbrella, 2 rocking chairs, sofa, coffee table, etc., the complete works at a very high price thinking that I was getting something that would last for a while. After a couple of seasons I have the frames and the cushions are no good. They are completely shredded. I cannot find replacement cushions without paying an arm and a leg for them. It would cost $500 to replace them and I'm not willing to do that. I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!

I looked all over and this was definitely the best value for the money. Cushions are included - it's a very comfortable and attractive seating set. It was surprisingly easy to assemble. The directions also clearly note that you should not leave the cushions outside, so the key here is to take care of it. I got a tarp-like cover I keep over it to protect it from the elements, which is a good suggestion for anyone who has outdoor furnishings. If you leave anything outside, unprotected, you can expect rust, fading, and water-logged cushions.....

I'd also like to add that I looked at two different K-Marts for this. The people at the K-Mart store in Prince Frederick, MD were awful, absolutely clueless. First, there was no one working outdoor furniture. All the clerks in other nearby departments would only say - not my department. Finally, I was able to convince one clerk to please page the right person. The young man who finally showed up didn't know anything and cared even less. He finally...
