For the past 3 years, I've owned the ball-bearing grip-latch 40" 14-drawer roller cart and the 40" 8-drawer top chest...Love Them! With my 35 years of tool investments (mostly Craftsman), I've filled the 25,000+ cubic inch storage capacity of this wonderful 2-piece combo and have been looking at the matching "intermediate" chest for additional "long tool" storage space!

Finally, a good sale price got my attention...I've not been disappointed! The unit fits perfectly between the 40" cart and chest and provides over 36" of storage width. Loaded down (70lb rating), the drawer functions very smooth and latches solidly. It does raise the top chest higher, but I'm 70" tall and can still easily view the top drawer tools. I find the overall fit & finish perfectly matches the total combo and really looks and functions well as an integrated tool storage system. Other than a weak drawer lock mechanism (don't use, but would be easy to fix), I can't find fault with the 59604 intermediate storage unit....

This was a good gift to receive for a house warming party. It had all of the pieces in the carton and it gets my husbands junk out of the garage floor.

My garage needed to get organized. I had stuff on makeshift shelves and on the floor. It was not looking good. I looked through the website and saw this cabinet. It was the perfect size to fit in a small garage. I was able to get a lot of things in the cabinet and my garage looks a lot better. I'm also able to park my SUV in the garge without the cabinet getting in the way, which is great. It took alittle bit of time to put together, so I would recommend getting another person to help.

The cabinet it is good for storage some hand tools, no for heavy duty use....

I just bought this cabinet and it is very cheaply made! It came in a huge box so you couldn't see what it looked like and when I got it to my basement and took the box away, I was very disappointed! One side had a big dent init and the doors weren't in the pins. The lock didnt' work and the metal is just very very thin. I do not recommend wasting your money on this item. Very Poor craftsmanship and material for the money....

I bought this cabinet to match the other two Craftsman items I have. I've been very satisfied with the product. can move the shelves to fit different items. Locks for safety....

I have been saving for a long time to buy cabinets to organize my garage. This model turned out to be less than I expected. They are very thin metal and dent easy. This was obvious when I unpacked the first cabinet, it had been damaged during shipping. As I unpacked the other four(4) cabinets, I noticed all had damage. I would definitely recommend buying something built tougher for a garage application, and would recommend carefully inspecting the product when you receive it....
