The Craftsman 5 piece tool combo kit does not have the power of previous models. The kit comes with the following: Impact driver Work Light 5 1/2 in Trim Saw Reciprocating Saw 12 In Drill/Driver Soft sided tool box This tool kit is advertised as powerful. However it fails to live up to that claim. We expected more from the Craftsman brand. The research on these tools showed promise. The tools are not as well built as the same brand and strength of power tools in the past. They are of average power and durability. The battery dies rather quickly and makes doing a project frustrating. This is not what we have come to expect from Craftsman. These were purchased to replace other Craftsman tools that had worn out. Each tool is portable, making it easier to dolight weight projects where electrical power is not available. That is a plus. The soft sided tool bag has a large mouth that makes accessing the tools easy, as well as light and very portable. The color is black so it......

I bought the Craftsman 20 volt Lithium Drill and Saw combo for my husband for his birthday. We are in the process of remodeling the house afte a flood and all he ever complained about was the drill losing power and always having to recharge it. The Lithium Drill allows he to use it longer and it maintains full power until the end of the battery. He loves the light weight feeling of it and says the saw cuts like a dream. I now plan on giving this same set to my son-in-law for his birthday.

Craftsmen tools wheteher it is a screwdriver or an electrical tool is the best and I like that is has a guarntee for life.Which you don't need it.It will outlast the person owing it the plate jointer is an excellant tool for woodworking or cabinet making,or anything else.

I love this drill! It's light enough to do the job, yet heavy enough to do a GOOD job. My friend likes it so much that he uses it sometimes to do jobs as a handyman.You can start slowly to get screws started, which isn't an option in all drivers, and I have never lost control of it or stripped a screw. That is great -- and the price is great for someone who just wants something handy around the house to do a quick job....

I was actually looking at the 4 pc. combo when a price for the 5 pc ended up being only $20 more. The impact drill turned out to be the 5th piece and I really was not sure what it was needed for. I was telling my brother-in-law,a professional plumber, about it and he told me the impact drill would be my favorite....and I believe it is. I have used everything so far except the recriprcating saw,and,so,far,I am pleased with this set. My work is lighter duty and not 8 hours plus a day...so this set is great to have in the arsenal.

I have Bosch tools, Dewalt Tools and other top brands, but I have never had any work as well or last as long as the Craftsman drill I purchased. Sure I have had to buy an extra battery, but the toll has the torque of one with twice the voltage. Would never switch brands again.

Drills are well built and easy to handle. The chuck opens and closes readily to release or grab either a driver or drill bit, respectively. The batteries are easy to insert and release and last a long time. We fully discharge the battery before recharging to maintain its long life. The batteries are quick to recharge. The drill is well balanced and has a good grip.

Using this for small jobs is just right. I put together a small

computer stand with many parts and it did very well.

The light was great, the torque was sufficiendt and

compact sixe is okay.

I purchased this belt sander because the more inexpensive model I originally wanted wasn't available off the store shelf. I needed a sander right away to finish a solid-core door installation - a simple material removal (on the door bottom) where the new solid-core door scuffed against an uneven floor. Usually I simply hand-block sand the material to be removed, but needing to remove more than just a "bit" of material this was not an option.

The belts purchased (also at Sears) went onto the sander easily, and after a few quick "hits" of the switch the belt had been adjusted so it tracked straight and true - it couldn't have been simpler to perform. I put the sander to work on the door edge, and in only minutes the work was complete - it worked far better and faster than I could have hoped. The sander never slowed, the paper remained true, and ultimately saved me hours of time had I performed the task my usual way. The bag helped keep the dust to a minimum, and never clogged - a common problem...

This is my first bisquit jointer and wasn't sure what to expect. For the small do it yourselfer it will work fine. I was hoping for a little better quality but still does work fine. I find the motor noisy as if the brushes are not set correctly into position. Very difficult to line up the mark on the wood with the mark on the bottom or face of the jointer. I have to either mark across the face of the part or look under the jointer to line it up....

This screwdriver comes in handy when working on small things like putting up lights and getting into small areas that you normally can't with a regular screwdriver or drill. Lightweight so your arm doesn't get tired while holding it. It is a nice addition to my tool collection....
