I have been looking for a dremel with a cord and was so happy to find this one. This thing is very powerful, much stronger than I needed really.

I use it to do my doberman's toenails and this dremel gets the job done quickly.

I had trouble figuring out how to get the sandpaper tool in and called the help line. I got an immediate response from a very helpful and courteous employee.

This tool does what it is supposed to per the advertisement, fair price, quick shipment. The biggest downfall I have found is that it is not manufactured here in the USA, yes I am one of those guys that still looks for the logo "MADE IN THE USA" on every package I purchase. The shame is that it is harder to find these days even from a company that was a staple of this.

I have many Craftsman tools and thougght this one would be a good addition. I am now on my second one and this one is going back as well.. After a full charge of even over nite it will run for 1-2 minutes and then the motor stops but the light stays on. The battery indicator says it has a full charge. It is not over heated. It just stop working. If I turn it off and then back on it repeats the proble over and over. Now help by getting a new on that one does the same thing. No other help yet. Told me to contact the manufacturer. I thought I had. If it works it is slightly heavy and a little off balance. Most of my Dremels have been better. I had hoped the fast charger and the new lithium battery would solve the quick fade from my other tools. Good luck out ther!!!

Had mine for a few years now and am completely satisfied with it. The flex shaft extention is very handy and functional. This is a very good, inexpensive tool that contains many useful attachemnts and a nice hard carrying case. Does everthing a more expensive rotary tool does and just as well.

I have a few Dremels and I thought I'd try the Craftsman rotary since I love Craftsman brand so much. I couldn't tell a difference. It is powerful and easy to use and the bag makes it easy to keep everything in one handy place. Being a female I also double the bag as a purse from time to time, hehe :))

Bought this item for my wife and it fits perfect in her hand. She loves it and she does her own nails now. I bought it for the price of one nail application. Great investment for someone that has to have their nails done every week.

I've owned this tool for exactly a year now and have used it until it just doesn't work anymore (I guess). I'm having trouble getting the battery to charge, the charger clicks from red and green without actually charging the battery. Then if I actually get a charge into the battery, I have to take it in and out just to get it to turn on and run, plus I have to hold it in while its running. I'm heartbroken that my favorite tool is letting me down and have needed it so many times in the last few days.

I have had a Dremel tool for years, they last forever and than some.You can clean the smallest areas with it.I actually file my dog's nails with this tool.I swa my vet using it when I had her nails done, now I do the nails myself.Thank you Dremel for such a great tool.
