I have had several of these bags tear for no apparent reason, if you use these bags check them often, they fail way before the bag gets full

I got the wet/dry vac for less than $20 about two years ago. I give it a run for it´s money EVERY DAY. I found out that changing the filter bag constantly has extended the life of this machine.

I put this in my 16 gal vacum, replacing my standart filter. I used it in my basemnet to attach a sanding pad to it. It cut the dust to almost nothing, I did not have to cover everything while I used the sander. Cleaning the filter was a breeze, I took it outside and blow it out, and then reuse. I will wash the filter when my sanding is done....

The filters are fine. The website and the box clearly say they come 2 per box. There is only 1 filter per box. Can you believe that no one has noticed this yet? Sears get your act together.

I should have purchased one of these years ago. Much easier and more effective that climbing a ladder and using a plastic gutter scoop and wisk broom to clean the gutters of my single story ranch house. SImple, inexpensive, and the attachements mate well with each other and with my original Shop Vac accessories. Could be the best $20 tool purchase I've made in a long time.

These are basic wet-dry vac filters made of man made materials. Got to have a filter for vacuuming dust and dry material! They work fine and always include 3 new elastics. Probably one or two elastics would be sufficient because the elastics can be reused, even if the filter is being discarded. If they were paper, the filters would be biodegradable, but the plastic material is fine. These fit my 2 gallon wet-dry vac from Sears, but also fit 2.5 gallon sizes.

If you're going to be sucking up stuff that could be harmful to your lungs, why not spend the $$ and use the safest filter you can ? It's worth it in the long run

I purchased this with high hopes. The carpet attachment works great as do the brushes and crevice tool. The carpet attachment has an adapter on it, and I found that the creivce tool would come off the adapter quite easily. I also found that the plastic tip came off the hose while using it. It turns out it just screws on, and I was able to reattach it. The worst part about this set is the hose. On the second time I used this to clean out my car, with very minimal force being placed on the hose, the hose began to unravel in the middle of the hose. I immediately returned the set. I haven't decided if I'll purchase another one yet. It's clear to me that Craftsman does not make this product as "Rigid" at ********** has the identical set in a different color for the same price. I will admit that the attachments were so useful, particularly the crevice tool that flexes somewhat. The small amount of give in the crevice tool made it very useful, much more useful than the solid plastic crevice......

I was leary of spending over $10 for 2 trash bags, but since these were the only ones I could find designed for my 12 gallon vac, I went with them. I really do like using them as opposed to just letting everything go into the container. It keeps the filter much cleaner and makes it breathe easier. I have noticed, however, that some small pieces of grass still end up in the container. Also, an unintended consequence of having a bag on your shop vac is when something you didn't want to vacuum up gets vacuumed up, it's much more difficult to retreive. (Yes, I learned that from experience.)...

this filter is for the 5 gallon shop-vac and it is a great product. it is for pro longed life and so far, it has lived up to its name. my husband and are have been building a house and we have used our shop-vac with this filter (we bought 2) for cleaning up the sheet rock dust and we have had no complaints what so ever. thank you for having such product available for this tough job!!!!!
