We purchased this table not to long ago and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful, sturdy table that gets so many compliments. A friend of mine thought I bought it at a name brand furniture store. I love the size of the chairs and table, it's perfect for our family.

Bought this on sale with free ship to store. It was available next day for pick up. Looks great in my kitchen downsized to a smaller set. There was an issue with some of the holes not lining up for chairs when put together, but it worked out. Bought a nice table cover to protect it. All in all very nice.

I paid much more for a pub table for my home, but this one I bought for my elderly parents is just as nice. It allows you to stand up easier and to be more comfortable while eating, something a low table does not. The materials are pretty solid, not mdf garbage. The chairs did take some time to put together, but once you got the hang of it the other three went fast. The table was a breeze. If you have kids using it, you probably want a plastic table cloth or glass on top to keep the surface nice. I can see where moisture might cause bubbling on the surface if left wet for long. We did put a chair pad on the bottom because the seats were too hard for my Dad, but I find them fine the way they are. It's a small table and would fit a smaller room easily. I think seating four at the same time is pushing it, unless they are kids or you just have plates at each seating, but two people with dishes in the middle is fine. And it would be nice if it came in an all oak color. It...

Although this is a very attractive table, it is NOT counter height. A counter-height table can be any length or width but measures 34 to 36 inches high. A standard-height table can be any length or width but measures 28 to 30 inches high. This table is actually a standard height table at 29.5 inches high. Do not assume the oxford creek counter height chairs, which appear to match the table, go with this. They are way too tall. We found this out the hard way after paying for shipping and then spending 2 hours assembling the set.

We spent months looking for a quality kitchen table set and the prices of course are very high on such furniture... I came across this set - on a great sale ( table, bench, and 4 chairs we purchased) about 7 months ago and we have been very happy with it!! It is all real wood, which was a must, and the color is beautiful. I had looked at similar styles, in furniture stores... tons more expensive and I don't think that they are any 'better' than this one! The table and bench are both sturdy and solid; constructed with quality. However, I have to mention that the 4 chairs, although they look great, are not sturdy. This is the only drawback, but considering the price, I am still satisfied with them. We are a family of 3, with a 4 yr old, and we are not 'hard' on our furniture, but these chairs seemed to loosen up quite quickly and I am a little shocked that in comparison to the bench and table that more care in the assembly was not used. This product is not sold by Sears and they will not stand behind the product! The quality is not even worth 1/4 of the price. My purchase had many factory defects and am now awaiting my 4th shipment of replacement parts! The replacement parts sent are also defective or the wrong parts. Unacceptable! I will never buy from Sears again. The company selling the product is Target Marketing Systems, Inc. Not sure if they are related to Target stores or not....

Just recieved 2 sets of the Colormate Black bar stools. Out of 4 stools, only 1 is usable. One stool has a broken crossbar. Two are so poorly put together, the joints are loose, which makes the stools wobbly. Also they were shipped with no padding, just in a box with a little bubble wrap in the very ends of the legs. So, there are some scratches on the stools (not the distressed look). I guess they'll all have to go back since they came in sets of two. Not sure if I'll bother with re-ordering.

Found this to be a very good product for the price and it fits nicely in a small kitchen!

Needed a table and chair set that could be bought without the inconvenience of an online order and then and be able to inspect prior to purchase at the local store.

The table was relatively easy to assemble as one just needs to take the time to do so!

Chair wobbling can be resolved by doing final adjustments on either a level or cemented area and bringing them back into the house to where they will be located for a nifty fit!

After taking the time to assemble this dining set it stands out as a beautiful addition to the kitchen!

We have fallen iin LOVE this dining set!

This little set is so comfortable, cute and looks higher priced than it was.Perfect fit in my tiny eat in kitchen. Easy to assemble, and the wood is nice and heavy. Love the way the table folds down to save even more space when needed. Large enough to do placemats, chargers, plates, silverware, and center piece, so it looks good.So very glad I checked Kmart before purchasing a 3pc dining set. Good reviews is what got me to buy this, and I'm so glad I did. You will not be disappointed.

First of all, I was really mad that I couldn't go to the store and get this table set at the online price so I had to go all the way back to my place, order it online and then wait until they sent me the confirmation to pick it up. K-Mart almost lost a customer on that one. Plus the lady at the service desk was completely rude about the whole thing.

THE BOX THIS TABLE SET COMES IN IS RIDICULOUSLY BIG AND EXTREMELY HEAVY. **I MIGHT SUGGEST THAT THE MAUFACTURER MAKE IT TWO DIFFERENT MORE MANAGEBLE BOXES**

The table itself is very easy to put together and took about 10 minutes to get it together. The directions are as plain as day. The chairs on the other hand, took alot longer to put together, but again it was really easy. I put the whole set together myself. In previous reviews people stated they had broken pieces in the box, but I did not. Everything was in perfect condition.

The table fits very well in my small dining are in my apartment. The color is beautiful and I am glad that I made...
