David727 says "Worst product I ever bought from Sears" about Utility Pantry in weathered white finish

This is the worst product I ever bought from Sears. I expected a cabinet, but got a pile of wood and had to construct the cabinet from vague and ambiguous instructions. Some hardware was defective, the quality and precision of the pieces were poor. The structural integrity of the cabinet was primarily dependent on small wood dowls which had to be glued to provide the necessary strength. However, no glue was provided, nor was it mentioned in the instructions....

These are excellent! All spice bottles fit in them, and they are easy to install. They are in a neutral color and fairly unobtrusive. I like the fact that I can put them where I have space instead of having to take up counter space for a big rotaing rack... or having to put a huge wooden rack on my wall, taking up a lot of space that I don't really have in a small apartment....

Great bins for storing CD's, DVD's! HOWEVER, the shipping was an absolute waste & wasteful. All baskets are made out of heavy duty plastic. I ordered six of them. Each one was carefully packed in a huge box measuring 20x32x18, one basket per box, and each stuffed with styrofoam peanuts. The boxes stacked on top of each other were taller than I am. I had a terrible time recycling all the peanuts!!! All the baskets could have been shipped in one box, saving an awful lot for the environment. Very, very, very wasteful!!!! And, K-Mart could have saved a lot on shipping supplies, and UPS postage by shipping in one box as well, as opposed to six boxes. I am very disappointed in their shipping practices. Additionally I tried to call and complain, and person taking message was clueless, really didn't give a care, and promised me no feedback. Terrible experience....
...

Grammyof4 says "Essential Home stainless steel bread box is not for me." about Essential Home Stainless Steel Bread Box

Although this bread box fit with my stainless steel appliances and decor, it takes up too much room on my counters. I thought I would like the bread box because of the sliding door and ease of use; but my two boys slammed it shut, which was annoying.

It was hard to keep this bread box clean (fingerprints, etc.) and I was continually wiping it off. I guess I need something a little more practical for my lifestyle and for my boys! All in all, it's a good product - I just need to shop a little smarter!
...

angelmonkey22 says "Not the best, not the worst..." about Essential Home 3-Tier Portable Kitchen Cart

Since the dimensions of this product are not currently listed they are 16 inch wide by 26 inch length by 33 inch height (according to the box). I ordered 3 of these carts to attach together into one large work table. One of the carts came broken beyond repair because of poor packaging. The soldering on the bracket on the top was broken off. I'll have to return it to the store, which is very inconvienent.

The carts were easy to put together. It only took me about 15-20 minutes per cart. It comes with the tool you need to put it together. They only hold up to 50 pounds of evenly distributed weight and that isn't very much. The top looks like it's made of wood or a veneer and it has a clear coat on it, so you can't stain it like most butcher block tops. The rest of the cart is made of metal, but it is unstable. The casters are of low quality, but two of the four are locking.

I got this cart for $29.99 on sale, but it isn't worth the $49.99 regular price. I would compare the quality to something...
...

Anonymous says "Recipe box" about Kamenstein Stainless Steel Recipe Box

The recipe box was a shower gift. It is sleek and modern-looking. It holds 4x6 and 3x5 recipe cards, and it comes with dividers. My only concern, however, is that the dividers are most definitely for an address box (the "Mc" card gave it away) not a recipe box. It would have been better if the recipe dividers had food categories on them instead of letters of the alphabet. The "Mc" card got some chuckles at the shower--guests even suggested that Mc Rib and Mc Muffin recipes would be appropriate for that slot!
Overall, though--very nice, and the price is great!...

I ordered this wooden breadbox online and the first one came in pieces! So I emailed back asking what I should do. I did like it and wanted to get a second one. I was able to return the damaged one to our local KMart and placed an order for the second one (KMart paid the shipping) and I'm very pleased with it. So after all, I would recommend this product to others....

I bought 2 of these baskets to use at work on roll around workstations to carry supplies...one for myself and one for a coworker. They are just the right size, and fit the laptop table perfectly. They hold tons of work supplies and are sturdy and stay in place. I have been looking for baskets since September and finally found the perfect basket for the job at the right price. I am very pleased with my purchase, and my coworker was pleased with the basket as well....
