I really like this lock. It's great. I use it at school and I have not had any problems. I feel it is a very secure lock !

I bought one, set my code, and couldn't get it open. The lock was half in, half out. No amount of yanking, wiggling, or jiggling could get it open or closed all the way. I returned it to the store, thinking it was just an unlucky piece, and got another. I again set my code and the stupid thing won't open. Thank goodness I tested it to see whether it works properly before going somewhere and locking up my bike! This is a frustrating waste of time and money.

My bike was stolen using this bike lock in a very public and active setting. I found the lock on the ground sliced in half by wire cutters. There were people everywhere, which means they had a very easy time cutting the lock and walking away with my bike.

I bought one of these for a very expensive bike and set the code and put it on the bike. When I went to use it it was broken. Locked onto my bike and the code would not open it. When we did get it off the whole thing was broken (the locking numbers) I am very disappointed....

Maybe I am just upset, but my bike was stolen while locked up with this lock. It took them 2 minutes and I am not sure what they did (they took the lock) but it was caught on video and it didnt look like they were working it very hard....
