I used the gun less than eight times over a nine month period and it quit pumping grease. Purged for air pocket and still didn't work. Sent e-mail to address on gun and received no reply. Returned to the store(not Sears) and they were informed by the mfg. that the gun only had a 90 day warranty and no parts for sale which translates to a throw away purchase....

Don't waste your money on this. It is the worst air powered grease gun I have ever tried to use. Does not pump grease. Tried different types of grease but still won't pump. Took it apart and nothing clogged. Has to be in the air pump. Piece of junk now hanging on my garage wall....

Bought 1st grease gun via "sears.com". It would slowly continue to pump grease with trigger released. Returned to store as Sears stated. They didn't have a clue how to exchange product. Finally figured it out.
2nd grease gun would not pump at all. Air blew out around diaphram. Returned it to same place. 3rd grease gun came yesterday. It works, but not right. First gun received would pump rather quickly. This one is slow to pump, but I'm afraid to try for 4....

Great product - works very well - Thanks Lincoln products
On the other hand, I was very disappointed with the Sears delivery performance. First they lost the original shipment - no notification. When the product did finally arrive 12 days later the shipping package was broken open - too big shipping box - not enpugh popcorn packing. If the product did not come with a form fitting case this delivery would have been a disaster.
Most of my tools are Craftsman but I will not order tools on line from Sears again! If the local sears doesn't have it in stock I'll go to Harbor Freight or Northern Tools!...

We have used these for years in our excavating business. They are perfect for greasing heavy equipment every day because you just have to charge them at night and they come in a rugged case. They also can be charged from your power outlet in your pickup. Lincoln always makes good reliable products....
