When I was shopping for a new stroller I had very specific needs. I have a three year old that doesn't walk, so I knew that I had to have something that would be durable, reliable, and comfortable. It was also necessary for it to be compatible with a newborn! I decided on the Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem Stroller.

I feel like this stroller met all of my initial desires in a stroller. I liked the versatility of the seats. I could use it with an infant carrier and both of the seats can face either direction. They reclined with enough space so they wouldn't squish each other and the seats were deep enough that I didn't have to worry about anyone falling out! I also really liked the look of the stroller. I get comments on it every time I take it out!

It is a little big to get into my car, I have an Expedition and it takes up a big chunk of space in the back. I don't think it's really any bigger than any other double stroller would be though. I'm a fairly small person and I can lift it...

I can get two regular loads of laundry in at a time with this large capacity front loader. It really saves me a lot of time....

I thought it was the age of my other dishwasher that made it necessary to rinse every bit of food off of my dishes before running the dishwasher. Turns out my brand new dishwasher has the same requirement. I find that it works best to was every load on the pots and pans cycle, too. I often find residue in the bottom of my drinking glasses...I'm starting to wonder if I have a defective machine....

I already had a memory foam mattress topper and just threw it on top of the memory foam mattress...it is heaven! I looked forward to going to bed every night because it was so cozy! Now that I'm back to my normal size it's still great, but you girls who have tried to sleep with a big 'ol belly will know I'm serious if I can say it was comfortable to sleep up until a week before giving birth to a 8 lb 6 oz baby!...
