gke565 says "Great unit, fairly quiet, worth the money" about Kenmore 12,000 BTU Multi-Room Air Conditioner

I purchased this unit after reading lots of reviews and trying to figure out the best size for my space. It is in a 450 sq ft guest house built inside of a metal shop building with all walls and ceilings fully insulated and sheet rocked. The unit defiantly can handle the space and keeps the area cool or cold (depending on how low I have it set). As for pros/cons:

Installation - Pretty straight forward. I have metal frame windows with brick ledges so the instructions were just a guideline. I did appreciate the slide out of the unit so all that is left is the shell, which makes it much easier to center and attach to the frame. The holdup legs on the back have plenty of strength; they just aren't very long so I had to cut some small pressurized wood blocks to get enough height for them to rest on. Overall it took under two hours to get it installed and running.

Operation - Easy to understand controls and fairly quiet. The controls are easy to use and the remote is a nice...
...

gke565 says "Great toolbox for the homeowner" about Craftsman 26 in. 6-Drawer Ball-Bearing Chest

My wife purchased the 'Craftsman 10 Drawer, 26 in. Combo - Platinum' for me for father's day (with a big hint) and I am definitely happy with the quality and build. I wanted this to organize several boxes and shelves of tools that where spread across my shop with no home, now I can find things. Getting all three pieces on sale for under $400 is a good buy for this. She ordered on-line and handed me the proof of purchase, which I took to the store for pickup. The local Sears had it ready for me in five minutes and two employees loaded it into the truck for me. I was fortunate to get on in perfect condition and it was easy to assemble (mount wheels and handle and stack). I picked up the drawer liners and a couple of drawer organizers as well. The only thing I haven't decided on is what to put in the 'take with drawer', but then again I don't have my shop fully set up yet either. Definiately would recommend.
...
