BlueCrewGuyInMA says "Light shovel with a big appetite" about Craftsman 20 in. Combo Shovel

I purchased this shovel last winter (December 2008) because one of our old ones had been stolen. What a great replacement!

The D handle is big enough for a gloved hand to easily fit, but with a rubberized grip for extra control. The shaft has a cushioned collar to eliminate the ice-cold shaft freezing your hands. The shaft itself is crafted of lightweight aluminum, and the blade is a lightweight transparent polycarbonate, which combine to reduce the weight of the shovel and make shoveling easier. After all, the snow is heavy enough! It also has a pretty durable ice-breaking blade on the edge, which came in handy when breaking apart sheets of compacted snow from the driveway.

Rumor has it there's a new ergonomic version of this shovel coming out. The traditional straight shaft is the only thing keeping this shovel from 5 stars. This basic design is functional but not as comfortable to use. However, it's still worthwhile for anyone looking to lighten their shoveling load. And, of course,...
...

tornadopat says "Eat the Lobster before it eats you" about Jameson Tavern - Freeport, ME

The Jameson Tavern Restaurant is nestled in the quiet town of Freeport, Maine right across the street from the anchor-store of LLBean. The restaurant is actually an old New England farmhouse which brags about being the birthplace of Maine and by golly it is!!. This is where the paperwork was signed which separated Maine from Massachusetts. So you can dine at a registered historical site. The food is quite scrumptious, but a tad pricey. However anywhere you go in the this locale is the same except for the few fast food places around. I liked the food so much that I ate there at least three times during my eight day stay along the coast of Maine. I had one of those yummy lobsters (see pic) before it grabbed my nose and toes with those claws. The restaurant has both a bar area (you can eat there too) and a quaint dining area. The servers are quite friendly and pleasant. Maine is mainly no smoking, but they do have an outside dining area for those who do smoke. Not many folks were......

SHC-ErinM says "Save your money" about Element Mini Digital Camera Keychain

While this is cute and serves a purpose if you want a camera but don't want to carry something larger, don't count on getting any pictures out of it. The viewfinder is too small to actually see anything and without it - you may wind up taking pictures of only sky or ground. Great concept, and the pictures that do happen to be taken of the subject you were aiming for turn out well enough (the packaging is clear and correct on the resolution you can expect). Just wish it was easier to take photos with.
...
