The new editor promises to make it more timely. Less cheese and stereotypical whining. More focus on moving news on relevant issues. I highly recommend the Advocate for those who want to know what is going on with the community at large. Great articles, and great website to supplement.... This treadmill is durable. Great for running, long distances, long periods of times, no sign of wear so far. The fan is nice when I'm running, but I also have another fan since my garage can get kinda warm in the summer. The treadmill comes with a journal that tracks my work outs even when I unplug my treadmill between use. It also tracks calories and has all the standard features you'd find in any other treadmill you'd pay over $500 for. Once again, I'd like to say the engine is very consistant for someone who needs to run for long periods of time.</p><p>I was able to assemble it myself, all but the last step which I required assistance.
