I have had my Tom Tom for over a month and used it at least every other day and it hasn't steered me wrong, not once. I like the way I can save my favorite addresses and it keeps the ones in memory just in case I need them in the future. I haven't had to use it out of the state of VA but I'm sure it would probably be just as reliable in any other state. I like the way I can download points of interest that I'm interested in....
